Brim

Creatine is not a painkiller. It does not work on the day you take it β it works by saturation. Your muscle stores fill up over weeks and drain again when you stop. Brim turns that into one number you can actually watch. YOUR SATURATION, NOT A STREAK The number rises on the days you dose and falls on the days you miss, by roughly one to two percent a day. It is not a counter that resets to zero to punish you. It is an estimate of where your muscle creatine actually stands, from a model fitted to the published research β which means a missed day costs you exactly what it costs you, no more. A PLAN BUILT FROM YOUR BODY β’ A daily dose calculated from your body weight, not a flat scoop line β’ Standard or loading, with the real trade-off between them spelled out β’ A projected curve to the day you reach full β’ Reminders timed to when you actually take it SEE WHAT A BREAK COSTS Progress draws your saturation over time, tells you what a fortnight off would do, and counts the days back to full. Miss a day and you will see it move. That is the entire point. EVIDENCE, GRADED The library answers what people actually ask. Is loading necessary. Does creatine damage your kidneys. Does it cause hair loss. Is it different for women. Is it worth it after fifty. Every article carries a grade β Established, Emerging, Early or Myth β so you can tell a settled question from an open one instead of guessing. QUIET BY DESIGN β’ A Home Screen widget with today's number β’ Apple Health reads your weight so the dose stays right as you change; nothing is written back β’ No account, no sign-up, no email β’ Your log lives on your iPhone Brim Pro unlocks the full history, the forecast, protocol switching and the complete library. Logging your dose is free, always β a tracker that locks the tracking is not a tracker. Brim Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered yearly (with a free trial) or weekly. The price for your region is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Have I taken my creatine today? Satura answers that in two seconds. One tap logs your amount. The Today screen shows the daily goal, what is already recorded, your streak and how many days remain to the next milestone β nothing else competes for attention. Beyond the daily check, Satura estimates how full your muscle creatine stores are likely to be. That figure is a calculated estimate shown with an uncertainty band, never a measurement. No account, no ads, no tracking. Your entries stay on your iPhone. WHAT SATURA DOES β’ Today: daily goal, amount recorded so far, streak, the next milestone with the days remaining, logging with one tap β’ Entry sheet: amount in 0.5 g steps, time, optional product and form β powder (monohydrate or hydrochloride), capsule, gummy β’ Streak: the days in a row at your goal, the past week as a row of circles β and a quiet moment at a week, a month, a year β’ History: entries by day, a month calendar, a 30-day chart with your goal line, every entry editable and deletable β’ Saturation: the estimated level over time, always with its uncertainty band β’ Outlook: the days in which the estimate is expected to reach the target range at your daily goal β a span, never a single date β’ Water: a daily amount you set yourself, counted in glasses and bottles β’ A suggested daily amount from your body weight (0.075 g per kg, kept between 3 and 10 g) that you can override at any time β’ Kilograms or pounds, following your region β’ Questions: what saturation is, whether a loading phase is needed, what a missed day costs β each answer with the work it comes from β’ Sources: all 22 cited papers with authors, journal and a DOI link β’ Reminders: a daily reminder that only arrives on days with nothing recorded yet β’ Apple Health: reads your body weight for the suggestion, and keeps your water in step. Creatine itself is never written back β Apple Health has no category for it, and Satura says so plainly β’ Siri and Shortcuts: record an amount, add a glass, or ask by voice for todayβs status, your streak or your estimate β’ Widgets for the Home and Lock Screen show where the day stands and how long your run is; a Control Center control records without opening the app β’ Export as CSV or JSON, and delete your entire history in one step FREE AND PRO Free, with no time limit: logging, correcting and deleting, all your entries, the 30-day chart and your share of the daily goal over those 30 days, your current streak, one daily reminder, Apple Health, Siri and Shortcuts, the Control Center control, and everything the widgets show. Satura Pro adds: β’ Logging straight from the widget β’ The full saturation history instead of the last 7 days β’ Your share of the daily goal over 7 or 90 days, and your longest streak β’ Extra reminder times β’ Export as CSV and JSON Pro is available as a yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase. The one-time purchase is permanent and does not renew. BUILT LIKE AN APPLE APP Three tabs, system components, no invented design language. It looks like Reminders and Settings, and that is the point. ABOUT THE ESTIMATE The saturation figure comes from a two-parameter model calibrated against Hultman et al. 1996, the only published work covering both the rise and the decline over 35 days. It is a model, not a reading: absolute mmol/kg are never shown, because those can only be determined by biopsy. Every number in the app carries its source, and the Sources screen links each one by DOI. Satura is not a medical device. It records what you enter and estimates a level; it does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Body weight read from Apple Health is used for the calculation and discarded afterwards β it is never stored. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
