The clearest difference is ads: Poetry Reader at none against MangaNests's shown. Poetry Reader also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). MangaNests's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (283 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
