About

MANDATE

MANDATE is a realist, hard-edged government simulation. Choose a nation, take office, and try to keep your mandate while the economy, approval, and stability tend to erode. - 3D globe to pick a playable nation - Cabinet with budgets, programs, and a bulletin - Crises and fiscal pressure that actually bite - Mandates up to 24 months (12 in the demo) UI chrome is available in many languages; event and program copy may still fall back to English or Italian depending on locale. The books matter: deficits and surpluses move debt, inflation, and approval. It is not unwinnable - on easier difficulties, governing well yields a clear victory - but without constant course corrections the system drifts worse on its own.

Become the president of any country on Earth and see how long you can stay in power. Pick a country and a starting year. From then on, every decision is yours: the economy, the army, the ministers, the neighbours. Events are written by AI and remember what you did, so no two presidencies are alike. WAR ON THE MAP • Go to war with your neighbours in the War Room: move armies across a real map, strike from the air, blockade the coast. • The front moves in real time, even while you are away. • Win, and the land you took becomes part of your country for good. Take the capital, and the whole country joins you. A LIVING WORLD • AI-controlled countries quarrel over borders, water and old grudges. Crises escalate from protests to ultimatums, and some end in war. • Intelligence warns you a day before anyone attacks you. YOUR DECISIONS, YOUR PRESIDENCY • Four meters keep you in the chair: economy, army, stability and approval. Raise one and another may fall. • Hire, fire or arrest ministers. Talented schemers may plot against you. • Not enough options? Type your own action and the AI plays out the consequences. • Lose an election, fall to a coup, watch the country collapse or end up in prison.
