SSENCE is a body-practice app for anxious moments: tell it how you feel right now and get back to calm in minutes. Stress lives in the body: a tight chest, a pounding heart, thoughts that won't stop. You can't think your way out of it. A simple body practice helps - and SSENCE shows you which one. HOW IT WORKS Tell SSENCE how you feel. Type it or say it, in your own words. Get a short body practice for exactly that state: breathing, grounding, attention. Most take one to ten minutes. Notice the shift, and come back whenever you need to. WHAT'S INSIDE Practices built from your own words, chosen from a curated base of somatic techniques. Quick help for the moment panic hits. A daily body check-in: orientation, grounding, breathing. About two minutes. A library of practices - box breathing, tapping, grounding and somatic practices - for ordinary days. Your history, so you can see what actually helped. WHY THE BODY Reading about calm doesn't unclench a jaw or slow a racing heart. Giving the body something concrete to do does. SSENCE is built on breathwork, grounding and somatic techniques that practitioners have used for decades. The strength is already in you. SSENCE is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. About

PelvicMax

Most men train every muscle except this one. The pelvic floor is a muscle group, and like any other it responds to structured, progressive training. These muscles are involved in erectile firmness and ejaculatory control. PelvicMax trains them โ€” a paced 12-week programme built from published pelvic-floor muscle training protocols. One price. $19.99 a year in the United States, and the equivalent in your own currency, shown on this page before you install. No weekly plan, no monthly plan, no upsells. FIRST IT TEACHES YOU THE MOVEMENT Most men have never been shown where the muscle is. Find-the-muscle gives you the location, the cue โ€” lift, don't push โ€” and the three things it is not: no clenched buttocks, no tightened abdomen, no held breath. The Form Check returns on day 3, day 21 and day 42, and any time you open it: five things you can verify alone, in private, with nothing but your own body. Every "no" routes to the correction, then asks that one again. A PACER, NOT A REP COUNTER The session screen answers one question at every instant: what should the muscle be doing now, and for how much longer. Contract, hold, release, rest, each phase with its own haptic, so a session runs correctly with the phone face down. The breath cue runs through the hold, because bearing down is the second most common mistake after squeezing the wrong thing. Release is timed. Every session ends with a down-training block. FOUR TO SIX MINUTES, AND IT NEVER STALLS Weeks 1 to 12 go from lying to sitting to standing, from 3-second holds to 10-second holds, and add functional work โ€” holding through a cough, through standing up from a chair. From week 13 the maintenance phase builds new 14-day cycles: reps rise within safe caps, and the emphasis rotates across endurance, power, functional work and slow release. There is always a next session and it is never a repeat. MISS A DAY AND NOTHING RESETS Your place in the programme is a function of the sessions you finished, never of the calendar. Miss a week and you pick up where you left off. Nothing is locked behind adherence, and all twelve weeks are open from the minute you subscribe. Say easy, right or too hard when a session ends, and the next one adjusts. SOMETHING TO WATCH The Strength Test is two measurements you take yourself: your longest full hold, and how many quick flicks you manage in thirty seconds. At the start, then every two weeks, both charted. They are training measurements of a muscle โ€” not a health score, not a symptom questionnaire, not a comparison against other men. NOBODY HAS TO KNOW, AND NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE No voice ever speaks; sound is off by default. No widget, no Live Activity, no lock-screen timer, no notification that names the subject. On the home screen it is called PelvicMax. No account, no login, no server, no sync, no analytics and no advertising code: the app works fully offline and your history stays yours. WHAT IT COSTS, PLAINLY One yearly subscription, one plan, one price. It renews each year until you cancel; cancelling takes two taps from Settings, and you keep access until the term you paid for ends. There is no free trial, on purpose โ€” the technique teaching and the Strength Test are open before you pay, so you measure yourself with the app and then decide. PelvicMax trains a muscle group. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it makes no promise about anyone's results. If anything about your health concerns you, speak to a doctor. Still cannot feel a lift after two weeks of correct attempts? A pelvic-floor physiotherapist can assess this in a single appointment.
