Cardio Dash turns your living room into an endless-runner arcade — controlled entirely by your body, tracked live through your phone's camera. Step in place to run. Jump over hurdles. Duck under obstacles. No wearables, no controllers, no extra equipment — just you and your phone. HOW IT WORKS Cardio Dash uses on-device motion tracking to read your movements in real time as you play. Motion tracking happens locally on your phone — your camera feed is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. TWO WAYS TO PLAY - Full Cardio Mode — step back a few feet and run in place for a real cardio workout while you play - Quick Play Mode — a lighter, upper-body version you can play close to your phone, perfect for small spaces or a quick warm-up FEATURES - Endless, ever-changing running track - Real-time body tracking — no extra hardware required - Two play modes to match your space and energy level - Fast, arcade-style gameplay - Global leaderboard — every run shows where it ranks - Completely free — no ads, no account required PRIVACY FIRST All motion tracking happens on your device. Cardio Dash doesn't collect your video, photos, or personal data. No login, no analytics. The only thing that leaves your phone is your leaderboard score, under a random auto-generated nickname. Your camera feed never leaves your phone. Lace up — or don't, bare feet work too — and see how far you can run.

PlayDock Arcade

PlayDock Arcade turns your iPhone into a game system you play by moving. Prop the phone where it can see you, step back, and use body and hand movement as the controls. No controller or account is required, and there are no ads. ELEVEN GAMES INCLUDED Balloon Pop, Brainy Balloons, Chocolate Chipper, Copy Cat, Birdie Bounce, Goalie Rush, Planet Drop, Paddle Arc, Storybook Sword Adventure, Tennis Smash, and Wacky Moles. The collection includes family-friendly arcade, action, sports, puzzle, and movement games. HOW DOWNLOADS WORK Balloon Pop is included in the app and can start without an internet connection. Before opening any of the other ten games for the first time, PlayDock shows the media download size and asks for confirmation. These downloads contain art, audio, and 3D models — not executable code. Once a game's media is stored on your iPhone, it can be opened again without another download unless that media is removed or updated. PRIVATE MOVEMENT PLAY For movement controls, live camera frames are processed on your iPhone and are not uploaded to PlayDock. Copy Cat can create a local result photo; PlayDock does not upload it. PlayDock has no account, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Internet requests are made to download game media from PlayDock's content-delivery provider. Camera permission is required for movement controls. Local Network permission is optional and is requested only when you choose wireless casting. While casting, the game picture — including the camera view — and game audio are sent to the selected PlayDock TV receiver over your local network for the duration of that casting session. PLAY ON IPHONE OR AN OPTIONAL DISPLAY Every game can be played on the iPhone. A compatible wired display or PlayDock TV receiver is optional for a bigger screen. WHAT YOU NEED • An iPhone running iOS 17 or later • Internet for the first media download of ten games • Somewhere stable to prop the phone so its camera can see you • A clear, well-lit play space Be aware of your surroundings and stop if you feel unwell.
