Soar is a momentum flying game built for Apple Watch. Dive into a slope to build speed, launch off the crest, and glide as far as the air will carry you. Every hill is a chance to go faster. HOW TO PLAY Hold to dive, release to fly. Time each dive so you meet the downslope at full speed and a clean landing slingshots you onward. Miss the line and you sink. Easy to pick up in a second, hard to put down. ALWAYS SOMETHING TO UNLOCK Soar is built around steady progress. Every run pushes a challenge forward, and finishing challenges opens the next area, the next biome, another of more than 130 birds, a new track for the soundtrack. Start in the Sunset Fields, then climb through the clouds toward Space or dig down past the Underground to the Core. Seventeen biomes, each with its own art, music and handling, and a new goal waiting the moment you land. THREE MODES • ADVENTURE: work through the world, one area at a time • ENDLESS: no limits, just distance, chasing your own best • RANKED: compete on the leaderboards Plus a Daily Flight every day with a fresh run and a morning reminder. A REAL IPHONE APP The companion is not a settings screen. Soar plays full screen on iPhone too, so you can play the whole game on your phone, follow your stats and listen to all 17 soundtrack pieces. Twelve food birds, from Pizza to Honey Cake, can only be earned by flying on iPhone, each with its own mission. EARN YOUR WATCH FACE Every biome you unlock also unlocks its artwork as a watch face complication. Seventeen in total, all earned by playing. MORE • PLAYS OFFLINE: no wifi, no account, no sign in, ever • ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK: 17 tracks composed for the game • Built for the Digital Crown and the small screen, one hand, any moment FREE TO PLAY The Sunset Fields and the Desert are yours from the start, along with your first hop up to the Clouds and your first drop to the Underground. Play as long as you like without paying anything. CROWN GAMES ROYAL PASS Full game unlocked. The Royal Pass lifts the free tier limit and opens the whole world to you, every biome, every bird, every watch face artwork and every soundtrack piece. You still earn each one by flying, exactly as the game intends. The pass removes the wall, not the climb. One subscription covers every Crown game. It unlocks the full version of every other Crown Games title you own, and every game we release from here on. Subscribe once in any of our games and it carries across to the rest automatically, with nothing to sign in to and no account to create. The Royal Pass includes: • The full game unlocked in Soar, all 17 biomes, birds and artworks earnable • The full version of every other Crown Games title • Every future Crown Games release, included at no extra cost • Family Sharing for up to 6 family members Available as a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers, a yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it any time in Settings. Cancel whenever you like and you keep playing the free biomes. Catch the updraft and see how far you can go. Most flag quizzes ask one thing: do you recognise this flag? You get good at recognising flags. You still could not point at the country on a map. Terra asks for three things, and only hands over the patch when all three hold. The flag. Where the country sits in the world. Its capital. Each of them twice, on different days, so it is knowledge and not a lucky guess. WHAT YOU DO You start a collecting round. Terra picks the countries and asks each one exactly the skill it is still missing: the flag for one, the position on the map for the next, the capital for the third. When the third one holds, a needle sews the patch into your album. 195 countries. 195 places waiting. A round mixes deliberately: four countries close to finished, two you have started, two you have never seen. So something is completed almost every round, and something new arrives too. WHAT TERRA REMEMBERS FOR YOU What wobbles comes back sooner. What holds, you see less often. You never decide what to revise. Terra schedules it, per country and per skill separately, so you are not asked about a flag you already know just because the capital is shaky. EIGHT DIRECTIONS, PRACTISED SEPARATELY Flag to country, country to flag. Map to country, country to map. Country to capital, capital to country. Typing the country name from its flag. And the continent, when you want it easy. Filter by continent when you want to work through Africa, or leave it open and take the world as it comes. THE MAP IS A REAL MAP Satellite imagery with borders drawn over it, and no place names, because otherwise the answer would be written on the screen. For a landlocked country the borders of its neighbours are the only clue, which is exactly the skill. ON EVERY SCREEN iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple TV, with the same collection. Your progress moves between them through iCloud, and the sides are merged rather than overwritten, so playing on one never costs you a patch on another. ON THE WRIST Five questions, flags and capitals, short enough to finish while you wait for something else. A complication on the watch face says whether today's round is still open. The watch does not ask you to place a country on a map, and that is on purpose: picking one off a world map at that size tests your finger, not your knowledge. So a round on the wrist can finish a patch whose position you learned somewhere with more room, and can never produce one on its own. It adds to the album instead of going around it. WIDGETS The flag of the day, kept nameless until you have collected that country. The album filling up. Your streak, with a nudge when today is still open. DUEL A FRIEND Or a tournament of up to eight. Random questions, the same ones for everyone, and everybody answers in their own time: nobody has to be online at the same minute. Afterwards you go through the round question by question and see what each of you got right. Kept apart from your album on purpose, because those questions were not chosen for you. GAME CENTER Leaderboards for patches, streak and best round. Achievements for every continent completed, and one for all 195. And a friends list, showing what the people you know have collected. NO ACCOUNT, NO TRACKING Terra has no sign-up, no advertising and no analytics. The dataset and all 195 flags are inside the app.
