About

Mobaide

Mobaide is a mobile IDE for AI coding agents. Start any terminal AI agent on your own Windows, macOS or Linux computer and drive it from your phone — free, with no public IP, VPN or port forwarding. Claude Code, Codex CLI and Antigravity CLI are built in. Any other terminal tool — OpenCode, Cursor CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, Pi, Aider, or an agent multiplexer like Herdr — runs as a custom agent type that you define once. HOW IT WORKS Install the free Mobaide agent on your computer with one command. It prints a QR code: scan it in the app and you are paired. Your computer dials out to the Mobaide relay, so nothing on it has to be reachable from the internet. It works behind any router, NAT or firewall, on Wi-Fi or mobile data. FEATURES • A real terminal, not a log tail — full two-way terminal I/O, so arrow keys, Ctrl-C, plan mode and approval prompts work as they do at your desk. • Voice prompts — tap the mic and speak instead of typing. Your own computer turns the speech into text in 25 languages. Opt-in, and the audio is never stored. • Any agent, your way — define agent types from any command with any flags. They sit next to the built-in agents: up to 20 per account, synced across your devices. • Launch options — choose the model, reasoning effort, permissions, plan mode and an initial prompt for each Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity session. • Git in your pocket — read diffs, stage, discard and commit. Fetch, pull and push with live progress, rebase, resolve merge conflicts, and create or switch branches. • Parallel sessions — run up to 32 sessions at once on one computer. Optionally start a session in its own Git worktree, so parallel runs never collide. • Alerts — get a notification when Claude Code needs your approval or finishes its turn. • Reliable reconnect — every session keeps a rolling buffer of recent output, so a dropped connection replays it instead of losing it. • Raw shells — open your login shell or cmd.exe in any project folder. • Prompt templates and shortcuts — save prompts and control-key chords once, then use them in any session on every device. • Auto Scan — picks up issues from Linear, creates a Git worktree and starts Claude Code on each one. • Always running — the agent installs as a system service and restarts itself if it stops. • Also in your browser — sign in at app.mobaide.com to reach the same agents and sessions from any computer. • Your devices — see every paired device and revoke access at any time. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Through the relay, every connection is TLS-encrypted (WSS). Session traffic passes through the relay and is never stored. Mobaide does not resell or proxy any AI model: it launches the CLIs that you already installed and signed in to. FREE No subscription and no paywalled features. You bring your own agent access and your own computer. REQUIREMENTS • A Windows, macOS or Linux computer for the free Mobaide agent.
