NutriScout is a nutrient tracker for people who take supplements as well as eat food — and who want to know whether the two together are actually hitting their targets. Log a meal or a supplement in seconds. Every vitamin, mineral, electrolyte and macro you care about turns green, amber or red against a target you set yourself, so you can see at a glance what your day was actually short of. SEE THE WHOLE DAY IN ONE DIAL A day score that counts up as you log, ringed by one status light per nutrient. Tap any of them for what you took, what you were aiming for, and where the gap is. BUILT FOR SUPPLEMENTS, NOT JUST MEALS Keep your own library of foods and supplements with the exact per-serving amounts off the label — every value is yours to edit, because your bottle is the only source that matters. Duplicate yesterday's smoothie with one tap. TARGETS THAT ARE YOURS Start from published daily values and change any of them. Track by the day or by the week. An electrolyte panel puts sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium side by side. SEE WHETHER IT IS WORKING Trend charts per nutrient, a coloured calendar of every day you logged, an on-target streak, and weekly adherence — the answer to "are these supplements doing anything?" NUTRISCOUT PLUS (optional subscription) The free plan keeps your logging, your library, your dashboard, your streak and your full history, and tracks eight nutrients. Plus adds: - Every nutrient tracked, not just eight - Weekly targets as well as daily - 30-day trends and reports (the free plan shows the last 7 days) - Hydration tracking - CSV export of your own data Monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your App Store settings. SwimEase answers a question your swim log does not: what did that set actually turn into? Every set has two halves. The half you write on the board — ten hundreds on a one forty-five — and the half the clock gives back: the seconds you get on the wall before the next one leaves. Every log stores the first half. SwimEase shows you the second. WRITE THE SET THE WAY YOU WRITE IT ON A BOARD "10x100 free" is a whole set. The reps, the distance and the stroke are read straight out of it, and the send-off you should write beside it is worked out for you — rounded up to the five seconds a pace clock actually reads. THE WALL Every rep of the set becomes a column of the rest it really gave you, banded against your own floor: held, tight, or missed. You watch the rest collapse instead of reading an average that hides it. THE TURN The app names the rep at which the set stopped being the set you wrote, says what it became, and prescribes the send-off that would have held all of it — solved against your slowest rep, because an average-based answer still breaks on the reps that were already breaking. YOUR THRESHOLD, FROM TWO OF YOUR OWN SWIMS Swim a 200 and a 400 as hard as you can hold. The arithmetic is shown, not hidden, and every send-off in the app is worked out from the result. A SET LIBRARY THAT REMEMBERS Save the sets you come back to. Each one carries how it went last time — held six, turned at seven — so the next board is written from evidence. BUILT FOR POOL SWIMMERS Short course yards, short course metres and long course metres, every swim filed under the pool it was swum in and converted when it needs to be. No watch, no chest strap, no hardware at all. FREE, WITH NO ACCOUNT NEEDED TO LOOK AROUND The board and its prescribed send-off, the Wall and the Turn on your latest set, the threshold test, your set library, your personal bests and swim-day reminders are free, and nothing you log is ever deleted. SWIMEASE FULL ACCESS (optional subscription) - How long you hold — your turn across every comparable set, the number that actually moves with fitness - Drift — a steady fade told apart from going out too hard, on two sets with the same average - What the set really was — the zone you actually swam, against the one you wrote on the board - Where your volume went — split by the zone your sets truly were, not the label you gave them - Your whole history — every swim you have logged, not just the last 30 days, and all of it as a file - $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, after a 14-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. SwimEase estimates training paces from the times you enter. It is a training log, not medical or health advice.
