Kids Routine

A visual schedule your child can follow on their own β€” built from photographs of their real toothbrush, their real backpack, their real shoes. Take the photos. Record the prompt in your own voice. Hand them the phone and stop repeating yourself. Made for children with autism (ASD), ADHD or a speech delay, and for any young child who isn't reading yet β€” anyone who does better with a picture than a spoken list of instructions. Key Features: β†’ Photo Routine Chart: Build a daily checklist from photographs of your child's own things. One picture, one short label, one enormous Done button. β†’ Kid Mode: A full-screen task board with no tabs, no menus, no adverts and no links. The only way out is a parent gate β€” hold to exit, or a quick sum. β†’ Your Voice on Every Step: Record a short prompt for any task so the reminder comes from you, even when you're in the next room. β†’ Gentle Timers, No Numbers: Give a step a timer and your child sees a calm ring drain β€” no countdown digits, no alarm, no pressure. A standalone timer covers the waits between routines: leaving the house, five more minutes. β†’ Stars, Not Scores: Finishing a routine earns one star per step as a reward. Never a percentage, never a grade, never a comparison with another child. β†’ Morning, Bedtime and Beyond: Build as many routines as the day needs β€” morning, after school, chore time, bedtime β€” each on its own days. A Monday-to-Friday routine stays quiet on a Sunday. β†’ Reminders That Fit: One quiet daily nudge per routine, only on the days it actually runs. β†’ See Where They Need Help: A per-step breakdown showing which tasks go smoothly, which ones still need prompting, and how that has changed over the weeks. β†’ The Independence Report: A dated one-page PDF you can hand to a teacher, an OT, or take into a support meeting β€” a plain record of what happened, ready to print or send. β†’ Skip Without Shame: Some days they genuinely can't. Skipped steps are recorded but never counted against them. β†’ Private by Design: No account, no email address, no sign-up. Everything stays on your device, and the app works offline. β†’ Private iCloud Sync: Keep their routines on your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud. We never see them. Download RoutiKid and give them a planner they can actually read. Important: RoutiKid is a routine, chore and habit chart for families. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent autism, ADHD or any other condition. Those words describe the families who commonly find visual schedules useful. The Independence Report is a plain record of what the app observed β€” it is not a clinical assessment and must not be used as one. Always speak to a qualified professional about your child's health or development. About Premium Subscription: The free version includes one child and one routine, with photo steps, voice notes, timers, Kid Mode and the last seven days of progress. RoutiKid Pro unlocks unlimited children and routines, progress over a month or three months, the per-step breakdown, the Independence Report PDF, and private iCloud sync. RoutiKid Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $2.99 per month or $9.99 per year (US pricing; Apple shows your local price before you confirm). Monthly and yearly plans both start with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. ALBERT | AI Note

ALBERT | AI Note captures what is said, shown and decided in a meeting – and turns it into something you can work with. RECORD WHAT MATTERS Meetings, client calls, interviews or a quick idea on the go: one tap and you are recording. A running recording is saved continuously, so it survives even if the app is closed unexpectedly. MARKERS IN ONE TAP Something important? Tap "Add Marker". Later you jump straight to that moment instead of listening to the whole hour again. Markers can be named and annotated. PHOTOS IN EXACTLY THE RIGHT PLACE Snap the flipchart, the whiteboard or the sticky notes on the wall while you record. Every picture lands on the timeline to the second – right where it was being discussed. ON-DEVICE TRANSCRIPTION The transcript is created on your iPhone; no audio is sent to a service. During playback the current sentence is highlighted, and search finds every word. SUMMARIES AND YOUR OWN WRITE-UPS After recording you get a short summary. Ask for more in your own words – "List every task with the person responsible" or "Which decisions were made?". The writing is done by Apple Intelligence or by a language model you download once – Gemma by Google or Qwen – which then works without the internet. START FROM ANYWHERE Start and stop recordings and set markers from Control Center, the Lock Screen, the Action button, the Home Screen widget or with Siri. While recording, the Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows what is running – with buttons for pause, marker and stop. AUTOMATICALLY WHERE YOU WORK Set up a destination and finished recordings go there automatically with everything that belongs to them – audio, markers as chapters, photos, transcript and summaries. You pick the target folder right in the app for every destination: β€’ agorum core – sign in through your system's own login page β€’ Microsoft 365 – OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams with one sign-in β€’ Google Drive and Dropbox β€’ Nextcloud – sign in in the browser, without your main password β€’ ownCloud, Seafile, sciebo and your own WebDAV servers β€’ NAS by Synology, QNAP and TrueNAS β€’ Hosted in Europe: Hetzner Storage Share, IONOS and STRATO HiDrive, Telekom MagentaCLOUD, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, luckycloud, Infomaniak kDrive, wΓΆlkli β€’ pCloud, Koofr, OpenDrive and Fastmail β€’ Document management via CMIS, such as Alfresco or Nuxeo β€’ S3-compatible storage such as Amazon S3, Wasabi or MinIO β€’ Your own endpoint, for example for n8n, Make or Zapier If something changes later, the file at the destination is updated rather than duplicated. ANALYSIS WITH ALBERT | AI With agorum core pro, ALBERT | AI evaluates the recording using a customizable AI template – for example as minutes with tasks and the photos in the right places, at a click or automatically. agorum core pro is an AI business platform by agorum Software GmbH, available for purchase. ALSO β€’ Folders, tags, favorites and search β€’ Trim and continue recordings β€’ Import audio from other apps, such as voice memos or files β€’ Export as audio (m4a or WAV) or as a complete package (ZIP) with chapters, photos and all data β€’ Store on your iPhone or in iCloud Drive YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account required, no tracking, no ads. Recordings stay on your device – or go exactly where you send them. PLEASE NOTE The app is available in English and German, and transcribes meetings held in either language. iOS 26 is required for transcription and summaries. Apple Intelligence is available on devices that support it; a downloaded language model needs one to three gigabytes of storage, depending on the model. Transferring to agorum core requires the ALBERT | AI Note plugin on the agorum core system.
