Steady Tasks uses AI to turn any vague, overwhelming task into a clear sequence of micro-steps you can actually start. Designed for ADHD and autistic adults who live with executive dysfunction, Steady Tasks bridges the gap between "I know I need to do it" and "I am doing step one." AI-Powered Task Breakdown Speak or type any task and Steady Tasks generates a personalized sequence of micro-steps matched to your current overwhelm level.
