Your cycle, your data, your device. Full Moon Flow is a simple, private period tracker that keeps all your data on your device. No accounts, no cloud sync, no tracking. Just open the app, tap a day, and log your flow. What it does: โ€ข Log your daily flow intensity (spotting, light, medium, heavy) on a clean monthly calendar โ€ข Log your mood if desired, track patterns over time to see how your cycle affects your mood. โ€ข See your cycle history at a glance- period duration and cycle length for each past cycle โ€ข View averages and trends- know your typical cycle length and how it's changing over time โ€ข Get a gentle estimate of when your next period might start, based on your own history โ€ข Export your data as a CSV file anytime. It's your data, you control it. What it doesn't do: โ€ข No accounts to create โ€ข No data sent to any server ever โ€ข No ads, no analytics, no tracking โ€ข No fertility or ovulation predictions โ€ข No notifications (yet) Privacy first. Full Moon Flow was designed from the ground up to keep your menstrual health data completely private. Everything is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. Nothing is transmitted over the internet. When you delete the app, your data is gone, because it was never anywhere else. Simple by design. No cluttered dashboards, no gamification, no social features. Just a calm, clean interface that helps you understand your cycle without the noise.

About

Ovaa

Your period is five days late. You know, because you have counted every morning since Tuesday. Ovaa counts too. It says late, on the Home screen, and keeps counting up. It will not quietly start a new cycle and act like nothing happened. Open it any other day and you get what is true today: your phase, your cycle day, and one plain sentence about what's coming. HONEST PREDICTIONS Predictions come from a deterministic engine. No AI guesses your dates. You get a real uncertainty window instead of one falsely precise date, and it widens when your cycles are irregular. Predicted days wear a dashed ring; fertile, ovulation and PMS days are labelled "(est.)", because that is what they are. Without enough history it says "Building your cycle picture" instead of inventing a date. And it tells a missed log from a genuinely long cycle. SOMETHING TO ASK AT 2AM An AI assistant for cramps, mood, food, sleep. You never have to explain yourself first. It will not name a dose or pick a medication; it points you to a pharmacist or clinician. If what you describe sounds urgent, it says so from your phone, even with no signal. Offline replies are labelled "Offline suggestion (not live)". LOG AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS YOU LIKE Thirteen sections, every field optional. Bleeding and flow, pain, 20 moods, 34 symptoms, cervical fluid, sleep, energy, appetite, movement, water, medications, sexual activity, day tags, custom trackables, and a private journal. INSIGHTS, FROM YOUR OWN LOGS If your energy craters on the same day most months, nobody ever showed you the schedule. Insights show your averages, and your mood and energy across the cycle. Patterns from your own logs, if they're there. Not from strangers. WRIST AND HOME SCREEN Apple Watch: your phase, your cycle day, days until your period, and logging flow from the wrist, plus complications in inline, corner and rectangular. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Optional reminders. Face ID lock. Discreet mode swaps the icon for a calculator that actually calculates. APPLE HEALTH, READ ONLY Ovaa reads. It never writes or deletes. You pick the categories and the date range, review a preview, and your existing entries always win. Imports are undoable. A separate opt-in adds body signals (resting heart rate, HRV, wrist temperature); only privacy-minimised derived numbers leave the phone, never raw samples. PRIVACY, STATED EXACTLY Tracking, logging, your calendar, insights and predictions need no account and work offline. Only the AI assistant asks you to Sign in with Apple, and Ovaa stores no name and no email โ€” only a pseudonym derived from Apple's account identifier. When you use it, your message and a short cycle summary do go to Ovaa servers. On first launch the app also registers an anonymous install ID โ€” a random identifier for this copy of the app, tied to nothing about you. You deserve to know both of those plainly. Sign out and every period, log and insight stays put, AES-GCM encrypted on the device, key in the Keychain. No ads, no analytics, no tracking SDKs. PREMIUM Advanced Insights charts, a PDF summary for a consultation, and Partner mode with per-field consent (sensitive fields start off). $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Auto-renews until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings. THE PART WE WON'T SOFTEN Ovaa is a wellness and educational tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat anything and does not measure hormones. It is not a contraceptive; never rely on it to prevent or achieve pregnancy. Fertile and ovulation days are estimates, and Ovaa is no substitute for professional care. If something feels wrong, see a clinician, and keep asking until someone listens.
