DoNow is a day planner built around one idea: a calendar can tell you what's supposed to happen, but it can't tell you whether it did. DoNow can — because it isn't a static schedule, it's a live timeline of your actual day. The ribbon Open the app and your day is laid out as a moving timeline, not a flat task list. A marker shows exactly where "now" falls against your plan, sliding forward in real time. Whatever sits under it is the honest answer to "what should I be doing right now" — no scanning a to-do list trying to guess what's next. Tasks that repeat, the way your day actually repeats Most planners make you re-enter the same task every morning. Set a task rule once — daily, weekly, or a custom pattern — and DoNow generates each day's occurrence automatically. It's a recurring task planner and routine tracker in one: build the routine once, and the checklist keeps rebuilding itself instead of you rebuilding it. One-off tasks and notes sit right alongside your routines, so a single appointment lives on the same task calendar as your daily routine and weekly errands. A day planner that remembers Most to-do apps delete a task the moment you check it off. DoNow doesn't. Every completed occurrence stays on record, building real completion history instead of a vanishing checklist. Missed a Friday workout three weeks running? That pattern is sitting right there instead of disappearing with yesterday's list. It's the one thing a plain calendar or task manager structurally can't do: track not just what was scheduled, but what actually happened. Reminders that don't need the internet Each task carries its own reminder lead time, and DoNow schedules the notification directly on your device — no server round-trip, no dependency on a connection. Turn on a daily summary too, for one quiet notification each morning shaped by what's actually on that day. Your day, wherever you are Sign in with Google or Apple once, and your tasks, routines, and completion history sync across every iPhone and iPad you use. Start your list on your phone, finish checking it off on your tablet. A productivity app that measures the thing that matters Most productivity apps measure how many tasks you added. DoNow measures how many you actually finished, and lets that record build over weeks and months instead of resetting every night. If your idea of productivity is a to-do list you cleared, DoNow's is a day you can look back on and verify. Built for a moving day, not a fixed grid If an hour-by-hour grid or an ever-growing task list has never matched how your day actually runs, DoNow's live timeline is built for exactly that mismatch — plans that shift, days that don't go in order, and a mind that needs to see now rather than infer it from a clock. What DoNow doesn't do No selling your data, ever. Your tasks and notes are stored to sync your account, and used for nothing else — not to target you, not to profile you. Tracking SDK is to show you relevant ads only if you give your consent. The premium version is completely ad free! Getting started DoNow is free, with every feature included — the timeline, routines, reminders, completion history, and sync all come with the app, no separate tier hiding functionality behind a paywall. The free plan shows ads; DoNow Pro removes them, offered monthly or yearly with a free trial on either. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time in your store account settings. If you've tried a to-do list, a habit tracker, or a plain calendar and still ended most days unsure what actually got done, DoNow was built to answer that one question. Plan the day, live inside it as it moves, and get things done knowing you did. Terms of Use: https://do-now-4668a.web.app/terms

A big goal never arrives overnight. Getting one small day right — that's all this app does. SmallButBig turns a list into a timeline — decide when, track how long it took, and see the gap. ■ Requires a purchase There is no free version. Every feature below unlocks with a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. ■ One thing at a time · Tasks can't overlap. Drop one on a busy hour and it snaps to the nearest free slot. · Only one timer runs at a time. Start something else and the running one is settled first. ■ Planning in three stages · Someday → a date → a date and time. You never have to invent an hour you don't have. · Undated work waits in the inbox; day-only work waits in that day's drawer. ■ Tracking has to be light to last · No need to keep the app open — only a start and an end time are stored, and the Lock Screen counts. · Most things take about as long as planned — "Same as planned" is one tap. · If the timer already filled it in, finishing doesn't ask again. ■ An honest record · Even off plan, your best effort still leaves a number. · Actual time is asked when you finish a task, not when you create it. · Unfinished work rolls down to today, but the original plan stays frozen in its week. Last week's slip doesn't become this week's score. ■ When the plan breaks · Finish early and the card shrinks, freeing the rest of the block; run over and the overflow shows below it. · Split a card and each checklist item becomes a real task. Finished ones keep their slot; unfinished ones drop their time to the inbox. · Scattered pieces merge back into one, with a preview of what you'd lose. · Repeating events edit as "this one" or "this and all following". ■ What a day is made of · Alerts — at the start, 5/10/30/60 minutes before, or a time you pick. · Transit blocks — a mode and duration attach travel time ahead of the event. Split into legs (walk → bus → subway), each with notes. · Subtasks — attach steps or things to bring, and tick them off on the card. · Deadlines — when you'll do it and when it's due are separate axes. Move the date; the deadline stays. · Uses left — stock "Workout ×10" and each drag onto the timeline spends one. ■ Several projects at once · The whole folder tree lies open — drag straight into any depth, never across two screens. · Big work nests as tasks under tasks — split as fine as you like, nothing leaves the project. · Projects with start and end dates line up as a Gantt chart, today marked and days left per bar. · You see "3 of 7" and hours spent without opening a folder. When a stretch is over, file the lot into a month folder. ■ Looking back · Five categories: Focus, Admin, Growth, People and Rest. One axis — what that time was to you — so the weekly report becomes next week's decision. · When a week ends, planned and actual hours stand side by side, by category and by project. · Where the time leaked: open a project parent to child and follow the hours down. ■ Out of your way · Year → month → week → day. Two fingers move between the overview and the hour. · iPhone and iPad share the same data over iCloud. · 15 languages, switched instantly inside the app — no reinstall. · The Mac app is sold separately on the Mac App Store. ■ Purchases Using the app requires a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the period ends; manage them in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
