Night shift today, early shift tomorrow? Shift work is easy to get wrong: a missed shift, a mistimed alarm, or work hours that are hard to track. CrossShift is designed for shift workers and changing schedules. It brings shift planning, wake-up reminders, and work-hour tracking together. Create templates for early, day, evening, or night shifts. Plan repeating schedules, or adjust a single date, multiple shifts on the same day, vacations, and return-to-work plans. Set alarms directly for your shifts. CrossShift manages system alarms for the next 7 days with AlarmKit. Import shifts from a schedule photo or screenshot with smart image recognition. Review and edit the detected dates and shifts, preview the changes, then save. Unclear entries require your confirmation. Optional AI review asks for your consent each time. It sends structured recognition results for review; the original image is not uploaded. Key features: • Repeating schedules, last-minute changes, multiple shifts, and vacation planning • System Calendar and ICS schedule import, preview, and export • Work-hour trends, shift statistics, daily details, and history • Weather reminders, important dates, widgets, backup, and restore • Dark Mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and 18 interface languages Free users can view work-hour statistics, trends, shift statistics, and daily details. Pro adds date-based overtime and leave adjustments plus professional PDF/CSV reports. Other advanced scheduling, calendar, theme, and alarm-sound features are described in the in-app Pro Benefits Center. Personal schedules, alarms, and local statistics do not require an account. Shared schedules and synchronization require a CrossShift server account. Location permission for weather is optional, and denying it does not affect scheduling or alarms. CrossShift has no advertising or third-party tracking. Leave management now tracks leave types, annual balances, and compensatory time. Overtime records can use a separate rate for each day. Pro adds salary estimates and pay-period reconciliation; reports include detailed leave records.
