Includes Free Scan, group locking, subhire details, area colours and bay information. β’ Transport Hub View upcoming delivery and collection schedules, driver and vehicle details, route points, addresses, site contacts and notes. Complete individual transport points and capture signatures or proof photos. β’ Handover Record equipment collections and deliveries against an opportunity. Capture recipient signatures, notes and multiple photographs, with proof saved against the job. β’ Stock Check Hub Create and continue stock checks by store, product, product group or a combination of filters. Scan serialised assets and bulk products, monitor progress and identify missing or uncounted stock. β’ Quick Test Scan equipment, complete its assigned inspection and record the inspector and pass or failure results. β’ Where Am I Search or scan equipment to see which active jobs it is allocated, prepared or booked out to, including its container location. β’ Repair Hub Record equipment faults, create repairs, add progress updates and attach multiple named photographs. Hub_ works alongside the Hub_ Chrome extension. Administrators can use setup QR codes to configure organisation access, select available modules and restrict Transport Hub to a specific supplier. An authorised Current RMS account and a setup QR code generated by the Hub_ extension are required.
