Posifly vs B

Posifly is a mental wellbeing app that brings journaling together with AI-powered personal affirmations. Write a few sentences about your day, and Posifly creates affirmations that are truly yours — shaped by what you actually wrote. Choose the goals that matter to you (self-confidence, career, relationships, health and more) and receive affirmations prepared around them. WRITE YOUR DAY, UNDERSTAND YOURSELF • A private diary where you can free your mind • Track how you feel: stress, happiness, calm, anxiety and more • Every entry turns into an affirmation written from your own words • Look back through your past entries and see how far you have come AFFIRMATIONS THAT ARE ACTUALLY YOURS • Personalized from your goals and your writing, not a generic quote list • Save the ones that speak to you and revisit them any time • Write your own affirmations and add them to your collection • Record affirmations in your own voice and listen back REMINDERS ON YOUR TERMS • Decide how many affirmations you want each day • Set the hours you want to hear from us — nothing outside them • Gentle daily nudges to write, never pressure WRITE IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE Posifly follows your device language and works in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Write your diary in whichever language feels natural — your affirmations come back in the same one. YOUR WRITING STAYS YOURS Your diary is personal. Entries are stored privately for your account and are never shown to anyone else. Posifly is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are going through a difficult time, please reach out to a qualified professional. Your first 5 diary entries are free, and goal affirmations are free for your first day — no purchase needed to try Posifly. After that, Posifly Premium, an auto-renewing subscription, unlocks unlimited diary writing with affirmations created from your entries, plus the personalized affirmations for your goals. Writing and keeping your own affirmations always stays free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. B-Strong is the members' app for B-Strong gym. Pair your phone once at the front desk and it becomes your membership card. CHECK IN WITHOUT A CARD Your phone shows a code that changes every 30 seconds. Show it at the desk and you're in. The code is generated on your device, so it works even when your signal doesn't. KNOW WHERE YOUR MEMBERSHIP STANDS See your plan and the date it runs out at a glance, and get a reminder before it lapses — rather than finding out at the front desk. BOOK YOUR SESSIONS Browse the coming fortnight of semi-private sessions and book a place using the credits you've bought. Change of plan? Cancel in good time and your credit comes straight back. TRACK WHAT YOU'VE DONE Every visit is recorded. See your day streak, your total visits, and the sessions you've attended. WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOESN'T Your check-in code never needs the internet, and your schedule stays readable from cache when there's no reception. B-Strong is for members of B-Strong gym. Your phone is paired by the gym — there is no public sign-up.
