Ceilr vs Catnap Focus

Ceilr is a digital lockbox for your phone. Pick a duration, tap Seal, and everything except what you choose to keep open gets locked. No early exit. Most focus apps let you cancel the second you're tempted. Ceilr doesn't. Once you seal, there's no button to quit and no toggle to turn off, just the clock counting down. Try to delete the app mid seal and iOS won't let you either. You pick your own exceptions during setup, so banking, messaging, or work apps stay open if you need them. Everything else is sealed until the timer runs out. If a real emergency comes up, you get two lifetime unlocks with real friction attached so they're never used casually. Ceilr includes a 7 day free trial. After that, continued use requires an auto-renewing subscription. Catnap Focus is a focus timer and productivity app with a sleepy cat that just wants you to stay focused. Start a focus session, put distractions aside, and let your cat nap while you get things done. Study, work, read, write, or finish that task you have been avoiding. The longer you stay focused, the more peaceful your little companion can be. But get distracted too often and your cat might have something to say about it. STAY FOCUSED Set a focus timer and dedicate time to one task at a time. Catnap Focus helps you create simple focus sessions for studying, working, reading, writing, and everyday tasks. BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS Reduce the temptation to check social media, games, and other distracting apps during your focus sessions. Create a calmer environment where it is easier to concentrate. A FOCUS COMPANION WITH PERSONALITY Your cat reacts to how your focus session is going. Sometimes sleepy, sometimes gentle, and sometimes a little grumpy, it makes focusing feel less like a productivity system and more like having a tiny companion beside you. BUILD BETTER FOCUS HABITS Use regular focus sessions to spend less time distracted and more time doing what matters. Whether you prefer short study sessions or longer periods of deep work, Catnap Focus fits naturally into your routine. SIMPLE AND DISTRACTION FREE No complicated productivity system. No overwhelming dashboards. Just choose what you want to focus on, start the timer, and get to work. Catnap Focus can help you with: * Focus sessions * Study timer * Pomodoro style sessions * Deep work * Productivity * App blocking * Reducing screen time * Avoiding social media distractions * Building study habits * Staying focused while working * Daily focus routines Your cat is ready for a nap.
