A link to read later. A task you can't forget. An idea that just popped into your head. Do you keep each of these in a different app? ThinkCapture is one place to drop all three. You don't pick where things go: whether it's a link, a task, or a passing thought, the AI on your device reads it and files it. You never classify. You never tag. You just write. β–  Three apps, in one - Links to read later β€” send a URL from the share sheet; it's saved with a headline and thumbnail. - Things to do β€” write "reply to Sam" or "buy milk" and the AI treats it as a task; add a due time and it reminds you. - Ideas and notes β€” thoughts, things you've learned, and what happened today all go in the same field, and they stay. β–  Why keep them together Storing things separately means deciding, every time, which app this belongs in β€” enough friction that you often don't write it down at all. Put it all in one place and it becomes impossible to find. Make sorting the AI's job and both problems disappear β€” and since the sorting never leaves your device, you can pile up anything without worrying. β–  What you can do - Instant capture β€” write in a single field; saving finishes at once, without waiting for the AI. One tap from Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, or Control Center. - On-device sorting β€” each note becomes a task, idea, knowledge, reference, journal, waiting, or someday item. Override any result; when it isn't sure it says "unclassified" instead of guessing. - Full-text search β€” find anything by keyword or tag name, completed items too. - Today β€” no cluttered inbox. Just today's tasks and your recurring habits. - Calendar β€” see the days you wrote on, and overlay events from your device's calendar (iCloud, Google, and more). Events are displayed, never changed. - Tags and priority β€” add your own tags on top of the AI's categories, and set high, medium, or low priority. - Due dates and reminders β€” set one in a tap; add a time and you get a notification. Recurring reminders too. - Photo attachments, plus a grid layout like paper in a notebook. - Home Screen widget β€” check today's tasks and capture without opening the app. - Backup and restore β€” export everything as JSON or Markdown anytime and import it back; restoring merges, never deletes. - iCloud sync (optional, off by default) β€” only about where data is stored; sorting still runs on device. β–  Pricing Writing, sorting, searching and exporting are free, with no limit on how much you capture. Everything above stays free and unlimited. ThinkCapture Pro is an optional subscription for how the app looks and where it lives: color themes (green, blue, purple), a board view that flips through your Inbox column by column, and a Lock Screen card for checking off today's tasks. In Japan it is Β₯2,500 per year (about Β₯208 a month, roughly 48% less than monthly) or Β₯400 per month; your region's price is shown in the app. The yearly plan starts with a 14-day free trial for people new to the subscription. Both plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can cancel anytime under Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions. Without Pro, nothing is locked away and nothing stops you from writing more. What you write is never sent to an outside server to be classified, and no account is required. Saving a link fetches only that page's public headline and thumbnail. β–  Requirements Automatic sorting requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence–capable device. On other devices you tap the classification badge to pick a category by hand β€” it still works as an ordinary notes and tasks app. Don't classify. Don't organize. Just write.

About

HighMemo

Features

HighMemo saves every memo to your device first, shows how your memos relate, and adds AI, Drive sync, and calendar only when you connect them yourself. No account. No API key. No setup. HighMemo works before you connect anything β€” and you decide what to connect. Sync across mobile and desktop Connect Google Drive to keep the same memos, images, and attachments in sync across iPhone, iPad, Android, and the HighMemo desktop app. Saving never waits The memo is on your device the moment you send it, and any tidying happens afterwards in the background. If that tidying fails, nothing you already had is erased. Share a link from any app and it lands as a memo β€” the title, summary and thumbnail fill in behind you. Attach a photo from your library and it stays with the memo. How your memos relate Memos that share a tag gather together, and the tag's name sits at the centre. Link two memos yourself, or mention one inside another with @ β€” those links are never removed by an automatic rebuild. Folders, tags and pinning work with no account and no AI. Type to filter by title, body or tag; #tag matches that tag exactly. Organized automatically when you connect an AI Once an AI provider is connected, HighMemo automatically creates a title, summary, tags and category for every memo, helping you review and organize captured information with less manual work. On supported Apple devices, choose Apple Intelligence and start using AI immediately without a separate API key or model download. Processing uses Apple's on-device system model. Connect Google Calendar and your schedule sits beside your memos β€” access is read-only, so HighMemo never creates, edits or deletes an event. Save a memo and HighMemo suggests the events it looks related to; you choose whether to link it. Open an event and tap Add memo to start a memo already attached to it. Reminders that know when and where Put a reminder on a memo β€” once, daily, weekly or monthly. Or pin a place: when you arrive, the memo comes back. Arrival is decided on the device and the notification is created there too β€” it fires once per visit. Your storage, not ours Connect a Google account and your mobile devices and HighMemo desktop app see the same memos. They live in your own Google Drive app-data folder β€” there is no HighMemo server and no HighMemo account, so we cannot look at them. Images and attachments travel too. Sync runs when you open the app and every 5 minutes while it is open, plus a button whenever you want. Your AI, your key β€” or no AI at all You bring the AI. Paste the API key of a service you already pay for and requests go from your device straight to that provider β€” there is no server of ours in between. Or use a supported on-device model so your memo text never leaves the device. Or connect nothing at all and keep using the app. Export everything as one JSON file, with your attached photos embedded in it. Before you install - HighMemo shows ads. There is no paid or ad-free version. - On first launch HighMemo asks whether to download a small model (about 330 MB) used for search and related memos. Decline and the app keeps working. - Connecting Google for sync asks for app-data folder access and read-only calendar access together. - Location access is requested only when a memo actually has a location reminder. - The interface is in English. AI output follows the language of your memo, or a language you pick in Settings. Most memo apps decide where your memos live and which AI reads them. HighMemo makes both of those your choice β€” and works before you choose either.
