Does it fit your reflux or heartburn? Reflux Kitchen is your personal filter for everything you eat. Tell it once what bothers you โ your triggers, allergies and intolerances. From then on the app matches everything against them: recipes you create, menus you scan, and any recipe you find anywhere. Three ways to eat with more ease: โข Create โ Say what you feel like, or enter your ingredients (even by photo). A mild, reflux-aware recipe in seconds, matched to your profile. โข Scan the menu โ Photograph the menu at the restaurant and see at a glance what may be better tolerated, where to be cautious, and what contains your excluded ingredients. โข Recipe Check โ Paste any recipe. The app reviews it in a reflux-aware way against your profile, flags strong ingredients and suggests milder alternatives. Your first checks are free. The app that knows you: โข "Tolerated well" โ mark what agrees with you and collect your favorites. โข "For you" โ suggestions based on what you tolerate well. โข Cook mode โ step-by-step cooking with the screen staying awake. Privacy first: โข No account, no sign-up โ start right away. โข Triggers, tolerance and collections stay on your iPhone. โข For AI features we send only neutral cooking constraints (e.g. "lactose-free", "no tomato") โ no name, no identifier. Photos are discarded after analysis. Free to start, Premium when you need it: โข Free: curated recipes, first AI recipes, menu analysis and recipe checks to try. โข Premium: unlimited โ 7-day free trial, cancel anytime. Not a medical device: Reflux Kitchen offers general recipe ideas and helps you consider personal dietary preferences. It does not provide a diagnosis and is not a substitute for medical or dietary advice. Individual tolerance varies. Reflux Kitchen Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly โฌ4.99 or 6 months โฌ29.99). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Please note: this app is in German only. All recipes, instructions and safety notes are written in German. 164 recipes for preserving food at home - from strawberry jam to sloe liqueur. WHAT IS INSIDE - 164 recipes in 12 categories: jam, compote, vegetables, chutney, syrup, juice, ferments, dried goods, antipasti in oil, soups, meat and fish, plus 25 infused liqueurs - Filtered by season - the app shows what is ripe right now - Full text search across titles and ingredients CANNING TIMER Keeps running when you leave the app or restart your device. Several timers at once, with a notification when time is up. MATURING TIMES Infusions and ferments need weeks. The app remembers when to shake, season or strain, and reminds you. PANTRY AND SHOPPING LIST What is on which shelf, and how long will it keep? Add ingredients to the shopping list with one tap. ALTITUDE Water boils cooler at altitude. Enter your elevation and processing times extend automatically, following the tables of the National Center for Home Food Preservation. SAFETY TAKEN SERIOUSLY Low acid vegetables, meat and vegetables in oil are risky. This app says so plainly: recipes that need a pressure canner state it clearly instead of presenting a long boiling water bath as if it were safe. There is a dedicated page on botulism, the acidity threshold and warning signs on a jar. NO INTERNET, NO ACCOUNT Everything is contained in the app and works offline. No sign up, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your device. Deliberately not included: smoking, freezing, spinach and chard.
