MFTC is the client app for Marathon Fitness Training Center in West Covina, built with Coach Peters for the people who train there. BOOK IN SECONDS See your week or month at a glance, tap an open time, and you are on the calendar. Your standing sessions appear automatically, so your regular training rhythm is always in front of you. Closed days and full slots are obvious before you tap. RESCHEDULE WITHOUT PHONE TAG Life happens. Cancel or move a session inside your window and your reschedule credit is handled for you, right in the app. TRACK YOUR NUTRITION Log meals against a real food database and watch calories, protein, carbs and fat add up across the day. FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS Log your weight, tick off the check-ins your coach sets, and answer your monthly questionnaire in a couple of taps. MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP Pick the plan that fits your week, add or drop nutrition coaching, and keep your card and profile current without a phone call. FOR PARENTS Add your kids to your account, see their schedules, and book their sessions alongside your own. GETTING STARTED New clients are walked through everything the studio needs before the first session: your role, your profile, the waivers, a short health questionnaire, and booking your assessment. MFTC is for current and new clients of Marathon Fitness Training Center. Training sessions, assessments and memberships are services delivered at the studio and are billed by the studio through Stripe.

Repvian brings your strength training plan, set records, food entries and progress together. EDITABLE 12-WEEK PLAN Generate a 12-week schedule from your goal, experience, available equipment and session length. See the next session, swap exercises, and adjust weight, repetitions and sets per exercise. LOG EVERY SET Supported exercises offer camera-assisted rep counting, and manual logging is always available. Review repetitions and weight after each set, add optional reps in reserve, use the rest timer, and see a summary when you finish. An unfinished session is kept on device so you can continue it. FOOD AND BODY Record calories with protein, carbohydrate and fat, with separate training-day and rest-day targets. Log body mass, waist, sleep and energy, and see trends built from your own records rather than sample data. OPTIONAL CLOUD FEATURES A food photo or text description can be sent for an estimate, and the estimate must be reviewed before it saves. Cloud coaching receives only the question you explicitly consent to send; it never reads your workout records or Apple Health data automatically. YOUR DATA Workout camera frames are processed on your device; they are not uploaded and not recorded as video. Training, food and body records stay on device and can be exported or deleted in Settings. Apple Health is optional and denying it does not block manual logging. No accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics. PLEASE NOTE The app interface is currently in Simplified Chinese. Repetition counts and food estimates are estimates, may be inaccurate, and need your review before saving. Repvian offers general fitness logging tools. It is not a substitute for professional instruction and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Choose weights within your ability, and stop and seek appropriate help if you feel pain.
