About

CardiCalm

CardiCalm is a simple, tactile way to calm down: your phone's vibration becomes a slow, steady heartbeat that your body instinctively starts to follow. The calm rhythm helps you slow down, settle, and drift off to sleep more easily. Hold it in your palm, rest it on your chest, or slip it into your pocket, and let the steady pulse take over. Close your eyes, and simply feel it. FREE โ€ข Adjustable heartbeat (40โ€“70 BPM) and vibration strength โ€ข A real heartbeat sound in perfect sync with the pulse โ€” nothing to calibrate, they simply play together โ€ข The sound adapts: a fuller sample through headphones, a cleaner one through the speaker โ€” it switches by itself when you plug in โ€ข Pocket mode: black screen, minimum brightness โ€” put it in your pocket or on the mattress โ€ข Sleep mode: the heartbeat sound keeps playing with the screen locked, all night โ€ข Timer from 1 to 60 minutes, or unlimited โ€ข Dark and light themes, 14 languages PRO โ€” one-time purchase, NO subscription โ€ข Programs: calm heart, deep sleep, power nap, focus โ€” one tap and everything is set โ€ข Custom wind-down: you choose the starting tempo, the target and how long the descent takes โ€ข Haptic-guided breathing: 4-7-8, box and coherent โ€” followable with your eyes closed, by touch alone โ€ข Personalised tempo: suggests a starting rhythm from your Apple Watch resting heart rate โ€ข Save your own setups by name and recall them with one tap โ€ข All future Pro features, forever GOOD TO KNOW The vibration works while the app is open โ€” that's exactly why pocket mode exists: with a black screen, your phone can stay in your pocket or beside your pillow. If you want it to continue with the screen locked, turn on sleep mode and the heartbeat sound carries on. iPad has no Taptic Engine, so there the heartbeat plays as sound only โ€” vibration needs an iPhone. PRIVACY CardiCalm does everything on your device. No account, no data collection, no ads. Your resting heart rate is read from the Health app only if you allow it โ€” and that data never leaves your phone. CardiCalm is a wellness app for relaxation. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor.

About

BreathBuzz

Features

BreathBuzz makes calm something you feel instead of something you watch: breathing exercises led by vibration, with your eyes shut. Most breathing apps ask you to stare at a circle on a bright screen. BreathBuzz leads the rhythm with vibration, so you can breathe with the phone in your pocket. At two in the morning, when anxiety has you wide awake, that is the whole difference. SEVEN-DAY PLANS, NOT A PILE OF PATTERNS Four guided plans, every day written out: Calm in 7 Days, Sleep Better, Focus Reset, and a Tense Moments toolkit. Four to five minutes a day. Day 1 is slow belly breathing; by Day 5 you are finding the pace your own heart rate responds to. You always know what today is for, instead of opening a menu and guessing. ONE TAP WHEN IT'S BAD SOS starts the moment you open the app. No countdown, no setup, nothing to choose. Put the phone in your pocket and follow the buzz until the panic passes. Calm you can reach for with shaking hands. MOOD CHECK-IN, BEFORE AND AFTER Mark how you feel before the session, mark again after. A month in, your mood history shows which breathing pattern actually moves the number, what time of day the stress tends to hit, and what the trigger usually was. This is a mood tracker that records the thing you did about it, not just the feeling. EIGHT PATTERNS, EACH WITH ITS OWN FEEL 4-7-8, Box, Coherence 5-5, Triangle, Physiological Sigh, Relax and more. Every breathing pattern carries its own haptic texture, so you learn them by feel instead of by reading. Box breathing feels nothing like a physiological sigh, and after a week your hand knows which is which. BREATH HOLD AND WIM HOF ROUNDS Guided by vibration alone: one pulse every 15 seconds, two when it is time to exhale. Your eyes stay closed, because nobody watches a screen while holding their breath. Rounds, recovery, and a personal record you can actually beat. AN EVENING THAT ENDS IN SILENCE Pick 10, 20 or 30 minutes of sleep breathing. The pace eases down on its own, the vibration fades out, the screen dims, and the session ends quietly. No voice telling you to relax, no rain loop, no sleep sound library to subscribe to. It lets go of you instead of waking you at the end. FIND YOUR RESONANT PACE Resonant breathing sits at a different tempo for every body. BreathBuzz measures which pace your heart rate actually responds to and saves it as your own rhythm, so your coherence breathing is yours and not a default. MAKE YOUR OWN Set your own inhale, hold, exhale and pause. Choose how strong the vibration is and what it feels like: smooth, wave or heartbeat. Save it and it is yours. FOR STRESS AND ANXIETY, WHERE THEY ACTUALLY HAPPEN Stress does not wait for a quiet room, and anxiety rarely picks a convenient moment. Vibration-led breathing works in an elevator, in a waiting room, in a parking lot before you walk in. Anxiety relief and stress relief that fit the ninety seconds you actually have. NO SOUND NEEDED No voice. No music. No rain. These are breathing exercises you can do in a meeting, on a plane, or in bed next to someone asleep. Nobody around you knows. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No sign-up wall. No ads. No third-party analytics. Your mood history and everything else stays on your phone. Home-screen widget. Live Activity on the Lock Screen. Backup and restore to a file you keep. Light and dark. Seven languages. Full reduced-motion support. BreathBuzz: calm you feel with your hand, not your eyes. Breathing exercises are not medical treatment. If you have a health condition, speak to a clinician.
