Track what one event or project really cost—without tracking every day of your life. EventTotal keeps every related expense for a trip, party, move, renovation, holiday, wedding, or side project in one focused tracker. Add costs as they happen and always know the running total. NOT A DAILY EXPENSE TRACKER Track the event or project you care about. There is no need to record groceries, rent, or every purchase in your life. KEEP RELATED COSTS TOGETHER Create a separate tracker for each trip, celebration, move, home project, holiday, or launch. SEE ONE CLEAR TOTAL Add expenses quickly, organize them by category, and see the running total and breakdown at a glance. ADD A BUDGET IF YOU WANT Set an optional budget and instantly see what is left—or how far the cost has gone over. COMPARE IT WITH LAST TIME Start a similar tracker from one you already made and compare the new total with the original. HANDLE REPEATING EVENT COSTS Yearly and ongoing trackers can post monthly repeating expenses as they become due. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no bank connection. EventTotal stores your trackers on your device. EventTotal answers the questions that ordinary expense trackers make awkward: • What did that trip actually cost? • How much did we spend on the party? • Where did the moving budget go? • What did this renovation cost from start to finish? • Was this year's event more expensive than last time? Keep related costs together. Know the total. About

Spent

Know what your home, car or project really cost. Keep expenses, refunds and receipt photos together, on your own or with loved ones. Create an object for a home, car or idea. Add projects inside it for separate stages. You can also create a standalone project. Add each expense or refund with its amount. Choose a currency and enter a fixed exchange rate when needed. Attach receipt photos and name the person who paid. The object total includes its own expenses and every project once. Refunds reduce the total. Budgets are optional. Different object currencies are never combined. Invite people from the object’s actions menu. Everyone with editing access can record expenses. Your display name identifies new entries; it is not a verified identity. Archive finished work and reopen it later. Export CSV for free, or PDF with receipt photos with Pro. CSV contains receipt counts, not image files. Deletion is permanent and affects participants too. Choose a template when creating an object: home, car, renovation, trip or your own project. It suggests categories without creating expenses. Set category budgets inside the object; their totals include refunds and nested projects. Use Save and add another to enter several expenses. Open an expense and choose Move expense to change its project within the same object. Update all participants’ devices to use the new categories and budgets. People and access: The owner needs Pro to invite and enable collaboration. Guests do not need a subscription. You can always restrict or revoke access. The owner manages permissions. iCloud may only show participants you are allowed to see. Planned expenses: Plans do not count as spending until paid. Week and month include today through the end of the calendar period. Overdue plans are shown separately. Confirm the actual amount, payment date, payer and exchange rate. Saving records the expense once and removes it from unpaid plans. One object of your own, including its projects, is free. The owner needs Pro for collaboration. Guests do not need a subscription. After Pro ends, choose one object of your own to edit. Guests retain read access. History and CSV remain available. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store settings.
