Never punch again. CICO clocks you in when you get to work and out when you leave — automatically, using your phone's location. No badge, no wall clock, no "did I remember to punch in?" Your hours just log themselves. Built for hourly workers: retail, bar, restaurant, warehouse — anyone who gets paid by the clock. AUTO CLOCK IN & OUT — FREE Set your work spot once. CICO notices when you arrive and when you leave, even with the app closed. This is the whole point of the app, and it doesn't cost anything. EVERY PUNCH IS YOURS Every clock-in and clock-out is its own record. Tap any punch to fix its time, change its status, or delete it. Walked in at 8:47 but started at 9? Nudge it. Your log should match your paycheck. BREAKS, HANDLED HONESTLY Take a break and CICO tracks it. If it catches you stepping off site mid-shift, it says so instead of quietly counting the time. Your timesheet shows what actually happened. SEE THE MONEY Add your hourly wage and your hours turn into dollars, with overtime split per week the way payroll does it. Daily overtime and double time too, if your state or contract works that way. CHECK YOUR PAYCHECK Payday? Type in what the stub says. CICO compares it against what you actually worked and tells you if it matches — or how much they're short. PROOF WHEN YOU NEED IT Export a clean timesheet as PDF or CSV. Every row shows whether the time came from GPS or was typed by hand, with signature lines for you and your manager. Hours only, the way a timesheet you hand in should be. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account required. Your work records are stored on your device. CICO does not operate a server for these records or include third-party advertising or analytics. You choose when to share exports; Apple services such as Maps, purchases and device backups may process information. FREE, AND WHAT ISN'T Automatic clock in and out, your full shift log, earnings and overtime math, and the paycheck check are free forever. One work spot, no time limit, no card. Want clean PDF and CSV timesheets without a subscription? The one-time Export Unlock gives you clean exports whenever you need them. It does not add work locations. CICO Pro includes clean exports plus more than one work spot, with monthly, yearly and one-time Forever options. Existing Pro subscribers and CICO Forever owners keep clean exports without another purchase. Current prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your App Store subscription settings. Clock in, clock out. Never punch again. Clock-Clock is a simple, honest time clock for companies. Employees clock in and out from their own phone at the work site, and managers see hours, breaks, schedules and leave in one place. FOR EMPLOYEES • Clock in and out with one tap. Your location is checked only at the moment you punch, never in the background. • Take your break with a countdown, and get a notification when it ends. • See your hours for the last 30 days, shift by shift. • Request holiday, sick or unpaid leave, and follow what happens to it. • No signal? Punches are saved on the phone and sent when you are back online. FOR MANAGERS • See who is on the clock, on a break, late or absent, live. • Approve leave, phone changes and punches that need a second look, right from your phone. • Build the weekly schedule and see who turned up. • Reports of hours, breaks and exceptions, exported as Excel workbooks. • Send an announcement to everyone or to one department. BUILT TO BE TRUSTED • Location checked against your work sites: a punch from outside is recorded and flagged for review, not refused. • Optional code at the door: print a code for a work site and staff scan it when they clock in and out. Their location is still checked, so a code scanned away from the site is flagged with the distance. • Phone flat, forgotten or in the repair shop? A manager adds the punch by hand, recorded as a manual entry with their name on it. • Give each department supervisor exactly the powers you want them to have. • One phone per person, so nobody clocks in for a colleague - or switch it off for a shared handset at the door. • Fake GPS apps are detected and the punch is flagged. • Every change a manager makes is kept in an audit log. • Departments with supervisors who see only their own team. GETTING STARTED Employees join their company with the invite code their manager gives them, then clock in at their work site. Managers run the team from the Manage tab, or from the web dashboard at clockclock.app, in light and dark mode. Questions? support@clockclock.app
