HeightUp
Read full descriptionHide full description
Find out how tall you'll actually be, and how much of it is still in your hands. HeightUp reads your growth off the World Health Organization growth charts, then shows you what to do with the time you have left. WHY THIS ISN'T A GUESS Most height apps look at your age and stop. HeightUp predicts two ways at once, then combines them. Your parents. Their heights set the target your body is built toward. Your own curve. We put your height on the World Health Organization growth charts and follow your line forward to where it lands as an adult. Only using parents tells a tall kid with short parents he'll shrink. Only using charts forgets where he came from. We use both, and we never predict you shorter than you already are. WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO WITH IT Genetics decide about 80%. The rest is sleep, food and training, and that part is still yours. Stop guessing what to eat. Photograph your plate. Calories, protein, calcium and vitamin D3 logged in seconds, against targets built from your age, height and activity. Not a generic number off a website. Stop losing height to your posture. Six drills that undo the forward hunch from sitting all day. Wall angels, cobra, bridge, jumps. Most people are standing shorter than they are right now. Stop wasting your best hours. Growth hormone peaks in deep sleep. Track it, protect it, see what it costs you when you don't. Stop getting generic advice. The coach reads your real logs and your real week, then gives you one thing to do next. Not a list of maybes. Stop panicking over one bad measurement. Check in monthly and watch your actual curve instead of a single number on a bad day. THE PART THAT MATTERS Your growth window closes once, and nothing reopens it. Nobody can add height beyond your potential, and any app that says otherwise is lying. What HeightUp does is help you finish nearer the top of your range than the bottom. That gap is bigger than most people think, and it's built out of what you do between now and the end of your growth. FOR PARENTS Track your child instead of yourself. Same prediction, same plan, written to you rather than to them. HeightUp is an educational app. It is not a medical device and nothing in it is medical advice. SUBSCRIPTION Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage anytime in your Apple ID settings.
