qapto vs PaperNotes

qapto is the assistant that listens and gets it done. Say one sentence – qapto creates the appointment, the reminder, the note or the shopping list. No forms, no tapping through fields, no searching menus. WHAT QAPTO CAN DO Appointments and reminders from one sentence "Dentist Friday at ten, remind me two hours before." Done. Shopping lists from recipes Name a dish. qapto finds the recipe and writes the complete list of ingredients as a shopping list – with quantities. Find places, with real ratings "Where is good sushi in Cologne, with ratings?" Ask your own memory "What did I discuss with Martin last week?" Receipts and photos Take a picture, qapto files it. On Apple Watch Dictate without picking up your phone. WHAT QAPTO DOES NOT DO: MAKE THINGS UP That is the real difference. An assistant that invents a plausible ingredient from half a sentence is not helpful, it is dangerous – you only notice in the supermarket. qapto checks every card it creates against what you actually said and against the sources it has read. What is not backed up is not created. Better one card fewer than one made up. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account. No sign-up. No email address. Wherever your iPhone can, qapto computes directly on the device. Your content lives on your device and in your iCloud – not on our servers. For demanding requests qapto asks the cloud. What goes there goes through as text and is not stored by us. WHAT IT COSTS qapto is a subscription. The subscription includes a monthly allowance of points for cloud requests – you always see how much is left, and you cannot accidentally trigger anything beyond it. If you need more, you buy extra points. Purchased points never expire and carry over to the next month. Say your day instead of typing it. And rely on nothing being made up.
