Download and instantly look back at roughly the last 7 days of sleep — no waiting, your sleep report is right there when you open the app. Beyond automatic tracking, you can add entries on the timeline, drag to adjust them, and tag them as Reading, Exercise, or Entertainment. The app automatically tracks your sleep at night: when you fall asleep, when you wake up, and how long you slept — all recorded on the timeline. Sleep ratings are based on your sleep duration between 9 PM and 9 AM the next morning — Lion, Dog, Boar, Owl make your sleep quality clear at a glance. No manual steps needed — just put your phone down and sleep. It works without an Apple Watch, and gets more accurate with one. Key features: • Sleep tracking: automatic records of bedtime, wake time, and duration • Timeline entries: long-press to add a record, drag either end to fine-tune the time; tag it as Reading, Exercise, or Entertainment • Animal ratings: four animals show your sleep at a glance • Calendar review: see every day and every segment at a glance • Home screen widgets: Sleep Clock, Monthly View, Lion Box, Recent 7 Days, Sleep Brief, and more • Monthly statistics: review the whole month and find your personal "sleep sweet spot" • Sleep sounds: built-in playlists — tap the vinyl and it plays, with sleep timer, lock screen, and AirPlay controls Your sleep data stays on your device and syncs between your devices through iCloud (encrypted by Apple). We never touch your personal data. —— AnimalSleep © water Acknowledgments:
