"The internet is bad today" is almost never about your internet. It is usually one of four things, and NetScope tells you which one. ONE SCORE, WITH REASONS Tap once and NetScope runs the full check, then gives you a number out of 100 and a plain-English list of what it found. Not graphs you have to interpret — sentences like "the delay keeps changing, which is what makes calls break up". IT SEPARATES YOUR WI-FI FROM YOUR LINE NetScope times your router separately from the internet beyond it. If the router answers slowly, the weak part is the Wi-Fi hop in your own home — moving closer or changing channel will help. If the router is fast and the internet is slow, the problem is upstream and no amount of rearranging furniture will fix it. WHAT IT MEASURES • Latency, sampled repeatedly, plus the jitter between samples — jitter is what actually breaks up a call • Packet loss • Your router's own response time • DNS lookup times, the most common fixable cause of a fast line that feels slow • Download and upload throughput SEE WHAT ELSE IS ON YOUR NETWORK NetScope knocks on every address in your subnet and listens for anything announcing itself over Bonjour, then names what it finds: routers, printers, speakers, TVs, computers, other phones. INDIVIDUAL TOOLS Latency, DNS and speed are all runnable on their own, against any host you type in. PRIVACY Latency, DNS and device scanning all run from your iPhone and nothing is stored or transmitted. The one exception is the speed test, which uses Cloudflare's public speed endpoint — and only when you ask for it. NetScope only ever scans the network your iPhone is already on. About

Unraid Drive

Unraid Drive puts the shares of your Unraid server into the Files app, next to iCloud Drive — on iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro, at home or on the go. IMPORTANT: the app does nothing on its own. Your Unraid server must run a service such as the free, open-source unraid-gateway container (instructions in the wiki): it is what exposes the shares to the app. HOW IT WORKS Install the small open-source unraid-gateway container on your Unraid server, create an Unraid API key, publish the gateway with Cloudflare or any reverse proxy, and add it in the app. Your shares appear under Locations in the Files app: open, save, move, rename and delete files from any app that uses the Files picker. FEATURES • Native Files app integration (File Provider): on-demand download, resumable uploads for large files, background sync. • Per-user access: add your Unraid username and password and see exactly the shares Unraid grants you, read-only where Unraid says so. • Connection modes: direct HTTPS, or Cloudflare Access with a service token. • Dashboard: array state and usage, parity check, disk temperatures, shares, gateway container, notifications, CPU and memory. • Connection test with clear diagnostics, edit server without losing your Files locations. • Optional iCloud sync of the configuration for effortless device restores. • Theme System/Light/Dark and interface in 7 languages. • Demo server to try everything offline. • No accounts, no analytics, no third-party servers: the app talks only to your gateway. • Unraid look: Unraid-orange accents, app icon in six colours with light, dark and tinted variants. • Sync engine like the big cloud drives (with unraid-gateway 0.5+): stable item ids and a change journal, so renames, moves and deletions made anywhere on the NAS reach the Files app within minutes without scanning the shares. • Shortcuts and Siri: save the clipboard or a file to a share, download a file, list a folder, refresh the locations, test the connection. • Notifications: an alert when the gateway is unreachable (and when it is back) and when a file could not be uploaded or downloaded; managed from the system settings. • Walkthrough at every update with what's new, iCloud configuration restore and notification consent. • Choose which shares to show: after connecting and at any time in the server details, tick the shares to see in Files, in the Finder, in Shortcuts and on Apple TV; the choice travels with the iCloud configuration. • A Files-style explorer inside the app, on every device: list or icons, sort, search, Info, new folder, upload, rename, move, copy, share, delete; Quick Look plus an mpv player (MKV, AVI, WebM, FLAC…), and readers for EPUB books, CBZ comics and ZIP archives. FOR IOS 27, MACOS 27, TVOS 27 AND VISIONOS 27 Version 1.5 is designed for iOS and iPadOS 27, macOS 27, tvOS 27 and visionOS 27, with the current system look on every device; it also runs on iOS/iPadOS/tvOS 17, macOS 14 and visionOS 1 or later. New: shareable diagnostics and log, device registration that heals itself, secrets never deleted by the app, a clear Files/Finder location status with the right remedy. ON THE MAC The same app (universal purchase) puts the shares in the Finder sidebar like the other cloud drives, with a menu bar panel: sync status, activity (downloads, uploads, renames, deletions), Unraid notifications, pause/resume, offline files, error list, launch at login and a menu-bar-only mode. REQUIREMENTS An Unraid server (7.2 or newer) running the free unraid-gateway container, and a way to reach it over HTTPS from outside your home (Cloudflare recommended). Full step-by-step guide in the wiki linked below. Unraid Drive is an independent project and is not affiliated with Lime Technology / Unraid.
