Your personal step goal adapts to recent activity and can also be set manually. Sign in with Apple only when you choose to share steps by creating or joining a private team with a 6-digit invitation code. Compare today's steps and rankings, and encourage your team with 15 fixed reaction stamps. In Walking Journeys, add your team's steps to reach checkpoints and take on weekly goals based on your recent pace. Review step history, sync steps from Apple Watch, and check your team's ranking from your wrist. Privacy StepShare reads only daily step totals from HealthKit. It does not access location, heart rate, or workout details. After you join a team, members can see your display name and daily step totals. You can stop sharing or delete your saved step history and account in the app. Health data is not used for advertising or user tracking.

Balpum

Want to scroll? Walk for it. Balpum turns your steps into screen time. 100 steps buys one minute. You get 15 free minutes a day โ€” everything above that, you earn on foot. How it works Steps become screen time. The count your iPhone and Apple Watch already keep in the Health app flows straight in, so there is nothing extra to do. When your screen time runs out, your social apps lock. Go for a walk, and they open again. It doesn't block you The lock screen always has "Open anyway." Tap it and the app opens. But that day gets a smudge on your record, it counts in your weekly report, and the app locks again after 15 minutes. Apple Watch Start a session on your Watch and your wrist is tapped every 100 steps. Steps taken in heart rate Zone 2 earn 1.5x. Sessions are saved as workouts, so they fill your Activity rings too. Walk without a watch No Apple Watch? Tap "Walk just 5 minutes" and your iPhone counts the steps. Brisk steps, 100 a minute or more, earn 1.5x. You can also end the walk right from the Lock Screen. Weekly Nag Once a week, a plain account of how far you walked and how often you ignored the lock. Turn on the notification in Settings to get it every Sunday at 8 PM. You set the rate If 100 steps feels too cheap, make it 200. If 15 free minutes feels generous, make it 0. Balpum Pro Locking and earning are free. Buy Balpum Pro once and keep using everything below. - Year Record: your grass, one square a day shaded by your steps, spread across 53 weeks. The day you started Balpum and each month's daily average sit alongside. - Home Screen grass widgets: see 16 weeks or the full year without opening the app. - Apple Watch complications: add your remaining screen time and grass to your watch face. - Monthly and yearly share cards: the last 30 days, this month, or the past year on one card. - When locked: see when you chose "I'll go walk" or "Open anyway" on a locked app, grouped by time of day. It's not a subscription, Pro features added later come with the same purchase, and it works with Family Sharing. Private by default No account, no sign-in, no backup. Your steps and usage stay on your device and never leave it. Locking requires Screen Time access. It is used only to manage your own device, and never to supervise anyone else's.
