One Line Shift
Read full descriptionHide full description
Hold a dot. Drag along the lines. Cover every path exactly once. That is the whole rule โ and it is enough to leave you stuck for ten minutes, then see it all at once. It is a hard game โ not because it rushes you, but because you have to see something. No lives, no countdown, no way to fail a level. Only "not yet". Lift your finger any time; the board waits exactly where you left it. Every rule is drawn on the board. There is no text on it, anywhere. The clock starts at your first touch, not when the level opens. Thinking is free. Three tracks: a few levels to learn the idea, a long stretch to build on it, and a set with portals โ where the hard part is working out where to start. There is a free set to try, across both difficulties. One purchase unlocks the rest, and every level added later. No subscription, no ads. No account. No network. No data collected. It works in airplane mode; progress syncs through your own iCloud.

TRACE - One Line Puzzle Draw one continuous line through every open cell. No timer pressure, no ads, no accounts โ just a clean daily puzzle. HOW TO PLAY Start at S. Drag or tap through adjacent open cells, filling each one exactly once, until you reach E. The puzzle solves itself the moment the last cell is filled โ there's no submit button and no way to lose. DAILY MODE Three fresh puzzles every day โ a 4ร4, a 5ร5, and a 6ร6 โ generated from the date, so every player gets the same set. Solve all three to keep your streak alive. FLOW MODE An endless run against the clock. Each solve adds time and raises your multiplier as the grids grow larger. Compare your best runs globally on Game Center. WHY TRACE โข Fully offline โ play anywhere, anytime โข No accounts, no ads, no tracking โข A new set of puzzles every day โข Clean, minimal design built around one simple rule TRACE is a small, focused puzzle: one rule, one line, one path through the grid.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TRACE at none against One Line Shift's 1. TRACE also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 10 days). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
