Countdown Widget vs Barkeeping

Remember every day that matters — and get reminded before it arrives Countdowns and anniversaries, both in one place. A friend's birthday, the day you got together, the day you brought the cat home, the day you got the keys to your own place, the day your baby took their first steps, the exam coming up. Write them all down. Get reminded on the day, or however many days early you like. Enter it once — the app builds both the countdown and the anniversary The home screen answers "how long until", the Memories page answers "how far you've come". Add "Together" and the home screen counts down to your 2nd anniversary, while Memories shows "1 year 3 months so far". Add a birthday and the home screen counts down to turning 18, while Memories shows "17 years 9 months so far". Seven themes, pick the one you like Seven palettes — cards, buttons, filter chips and page background all change together, not just an accent color. For backgrounds, use the built-in patterns, a solid color, or your own photo. Day books Sort your days into books: family, love, work, travel… pick the color and icon yourself. The lunar calendar, done properly Lunar birthdays and traditional festivals land correctly year after year, leap months included. Born on the 30th of the last lunar month? In years without a 30th, you'll be reminded on New Year's Eve. Barkeeping helps your household keep track of feeding, bathroom trips, and accidents for your dogs — and everyone in the family sees the same up-to-date picture. Shared with your family Invite family members to a shared view of your dogs' care, the same way you'd share a Reminders list. Everyone logs from their own iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, and sees who did what and when. Learns your dog's routine Barkeeping quietly learns each dog's typical schedule from what you log — how long they usually go between trips outside, and how soon they tend to need out after a meal or a skipped opportunity. It starts with sensible estimates and gets more accurate the more you use it. Reminders that come to you Turn on reminders to get a notification, a Home Screen widget, and a Live Activity countdown when a dog is due for a trip outside — so you don't have to open the app to know. See the patterns A history view charts trips outside versus accidents over time, so you can spot patterns and track house-training progress. Ask Siri Log a feeding or a bathroom trip, or ask when a dog is next due out, right from Siri and Shortcuts. Built for the whole family A glanceable status board is designed for an iPad mounted in a hallway or kitchen, showing every dog's status at a glance with one-tap logging.
