Your only clue: rumors of the “greatest swordsman under heaven.” From the Tokaido to the Nakasendo, Oshu, Kyoto, the Seto Inland Sea, and Kyushu—travel the highways, meet rivals, schools, and people of each region. 【TRAVEL】 Explore a map of Japan—post towns, cities, villages, and historic sites. Train at dojos, gear up at shops, take jobs, and sail between ports. Wander freely, chase strong foes, and choose your own path. 【BATTLE】 Portrait-mode action combat. Progress carries across reincarnations—a deep loop built for long play. 【STORY】 Rival duels, roadside rumors, village kindness, and eerie encounters— a classic jidaigeki tone about a free life unbound by any master.
