Chicken Clear Coop turns the smoke-free journey into a simple daily routine built around awareness, small wins, and visible progress. Begin by adding your quit date and previous smoking pattern. From there, the app keeps track of time passed, estimated cigarettes avoided, and money that may have been saved, giving you a clear view of how your routine is changing. If a craving shows up, the SOS section helps you quickly note its strength and what may have triggered it. You can select common situations such as stress, coffee, meals, social time, or work breaks, then use a guided breathing session to slow down and reset your focus. Progress also has a playful side. Your coop becomes brighter as you continue, your chicken grows through different stages, and feathers can be collected to unlock cosmetic options and personalize your hen. You can also create an optional savings goal and connect your smoke-free progress with something you want to work toward. Dedicated Health and Stats sections bring your activity together in one place. Review general smoke-free milestones, recent cravings, successful moments, slips, and recurring patterns across days and hours. Journal entries and optional reminders can help you remember what worked well and prepare for difficult moments. Chicken Clear Coop is intended for personal wellness, habit awareness, and progress tracking. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
