Every other wellness app measures the time you spend with it. Earthwicking measures the time you spend outside. Made for people who want a short, daily outdoor practice — nature connection, mindfulness or quiet spiritual reflection — that fits a balcony or a back step as well as a forest. THE TWO-HOUR LINE A study of 19,806 people found that under 120 minutes of nature a week was no better than none, and 120 or more was — and that it made no difference whether that came from one long walk or a dozen small moments. That last part is the whole point. Two minutes under a tree is not a consolation prize; it is a deposit against the same line. Earthwicking shows you the week against that line, works out your own pace, projects where you will land, and tells you the smallest honest step that would clear it. And when the week genuinely cannot be cleared, it says so, instead of inventing a target. TODAY'S EARTHWICKING MOMENT One short practice a day, two to ten minutes, dealt from a library of 67 and chosen for the Path you picked and the outdoor space you actually have. A balcony never gets handed a woodland practice. THREE PATHS Nature Connection for the senses and the ground under you, Nature Mindfulness for attention and breath, or Spiritual Connection for reflection and Scripture. Change it whenever you like. SCREEN-DOWN TIMER Start it, put the phone in your pocket, and go. The one screen this app wants is the one you close. YOUR JOURNEY Seed, Sprout, Young Plant, Sapling, Tree, Grove, Living Forest — earned on the Moments of a lifetime, so a missed day can never move you backwards. There is no streak in this app and the word does not appear in it. WHERE THESE NUMBERS COME FROM Every figure is named to its study, in the app, on one sheet. One claim we were asked for is refused there, and it says why. FREE, FOREVER The daily Moment on every Path, the entire 67-practice library, logging with real minutes, the Screen-Down timer, the growth stages, all eight badges, this week against the 120-minute line and your own pace, the current month's Companion reading, reminders, and 30 days of your own observations. EARTHWICKING DEEPER (optional subscription) The computed depth only: the projection and the prescription, the eight-week trend, Patterns — which path, element, length and time of day actually settle you — all twelve Companion months, unlimited favourites, full history, and a real exported file. - $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Settings. Earthwicking asks for no location permission and contains no GPS or maps. Nothing in it is medical advice. NeuroNavigate is a calm, low-stimulation companion for neurodivergent teens and adults — for the freeze in front of an overwhelming task, and the confusing conversation you have replayed nine times since Tuesday. THE COMPASS POINTS AT ONE THING Tap "Point me to now" and the needle settles on your single most useful next action, given what today actually looks like. Not a list. One thing. Around it, the Bearings ring is a see-through score out of 100 built from what you did — tasks started, steps finished, grounding minutes, routine slots, a check-in — averaged over the week with a soft floor, so one hard day cannot sink it. Every weight is visible and every term is tappable. BREAK IT INTO STEPS Hand over one dreaded task and get back a handful of small, ordered steps, the first deliberately under two minutes, phrased as gentle if-then plans. Slide from a few big steps to many tiny ones depending on the kind of day it is. THE SOCIAL COMPASS Describe a baffling social moment and get a calm social story: what is likely going on, how the other person may be seeing it, a few things you could say or do — offered, never ordered — and one thing to watch for. Save the ones that helped and re-read them before the next time. GROUND YOURSELF Cyclic sighing, box breathing, resonance, 4-7-8 and 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, each labelled honestly as studied or as general practice guidance. One to ten minutes, with a breathing orb to follow. AND THE REST OF THE DAY Focus mode spotlights a single step behind a quiet timer. Routines anchor to something you already do ("after my morning coffee...") and carry a forgiving streak a single miss cannot reset. Medication and appointment reminders log and remind — never dosing, never guidance. Mind dump gets the racing thought out of your head in one tap, and turns it into a task in one more. FREE, AND STAYING FREE Capture, the Compass, Bearings, Point me to now, the whole regulation library, Focus mode, reminders, mind dump, the daily check-in, milestones and three AI helps a day are free. Crisis grounding is never behind a paywall. NEURONAVIGATE PRO (optional subscription) - Unlimited step breakdowns and social stories - Unlimited routines - Your time-sense factor: how long things really take you versus your estimate - Your best focus window, so you can protect it - Whether higher-energy days actually mean more finished - The weekly Trail Report, and your full history $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. NeuroNavigate is a wellness and productivity companion. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, anxiety or any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional — those names describe who it is for. Social stories are a widely used supportive strategy with mixed formal evidence, not a treatment. Bearings is a summary of your own logs, never a measure of your health or your worth.
