Put your phone on the floor and tap the big button with your nose on every rep. Both hands stay planted while the count builds itself. DailyPushup is a five-minute daily push-up habit built around one move, the nose tap. No workout plans, no coaching videos, just a counter that stays out of your way mid-set. INSIDE THE APP - Nose-tap counting: a large on-screen button, with a tick sound and haptic feedback on every rep - Daily goal with a progress ring and a short celebration when you reach it - Streaks: how many days in a row you hit your goal - History calendar: a monthly heatmap of the days you trained, with a day-by-day rep list - Pace Mode: a metronome counts for you at 2 to 5 seconds per rep, with a countdown to start and pause and resume mid-set - Daily reminder: one notification a day at the time you pick, 8 PM by default. Turn it on in first-launch setup or anytime in Settings. The permission prompt appears only after you choose the reminder, never on its own at launch - English, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese, following your phone's language FREE, WITH ONE BANNER DailyPushup is free to use. A single small banner ad sits at the bottom of the History screen. The counting screen and Pace Mode never show an ad, so your nose never lands on one. Where the law requires it (the EEA and UK), a consent form asks for your ad choice before any ad loads, and Settings gets an Ad privacy options row so you can change it later. On iPhone, the system tracking prompt appears only after that step allows it. Say no to either and the whole app still works. YOUR REPS STAY YOURS - No sign-up and no account - Your reps, goal and streak are saved on your device, and we run no server that receives them - Ad-related requests are the only network traffic the app makes on its own, and they are handled under the ad provider's privacy policy WHO IT SUITS Anyone who wants a quick push-up habit without opening a full workout app. Drop the phone, tap, count. Countless counts push-ups using the motion sensor in your AirPods. No camera, no phone on the floor, no tapping between sets. Put the earbuds in, get down, and the count is there when you get up. WHY AIRPODS Your head moves with every rep. AirPods Pro, AirPods 3 and later, AirPods Max, Beats Fit Pro and Powerbeats Pro 2 all have a motion sensor that Countless reads in real time. Any Apple or Beats earbuds with head-tracked Spatial Audio will work. AirPods 1 and 2 don't have the sensor. DURING A SET • A big count you can read from the floor • A quiet tick each rep, and a marker every 10th one • Sets finish on their own when you stop • Interrupted sets are kept, not thrown away AFTER • Every set saved with its time, tempo and confidence • A streak that counts the days you train, and an optional daily reminder • Share any set as an image • Fix a miscount with one tap, or log a set you did without earbuds • Challenges to work toward and milestones as you pass them • Last seven days of history, always free COUNTLESS PRO • Your whole history • Records: best set and best day • Trends: weekly volume, training days, time of day • Write sets to Apple Health, with calories estimated from your weight Pro is a subscription with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Your sets stay on your phone. There's no account and nothing is uploaded.
