Claritide is a tracker for people on peptide and GLP-1 protocols who want a real record instead of a notes app and a group chat. Enter your plan once: the dose and schedule from your provider. Claritide reminds you, records what you took, keeps count of your supply and rotates your injection sites, then shows you what actually moved. A PLAN THAT KEEPS ITSELF Daily, every other day, twice weekly, five on and two off, or your own cadence. Dose steps you set move up on the dates you choose. Reminders arrive before the dose. Widgets and Lock Screen widgets keep the next one in front of you. SUPPLY, COUNTED Tell Claritide how many doses you have on hand. It counts down each time you log, gives you a heads-up before you run out, and reminds you when an opened vial reaches its discard date. ONE PASS A DAY Log the dose, then how you slept, ate, trained and felt. One question at a time, and you can skip any of them. Injection sites are tracked on a body map that remembers what you used and when. PROOF, OR AN HONEST SILENCE Progress lines your own log up against your plan's phases and reports what separated itself from ordinary day-to-day variation. When there are not enough readings yet, it says so instead of drawing a conclusion. Photos, weight and bloodwork sit beside the charts, and a one-page physician report pulls it together. Optional read-only Apple Health access brings supported measurements into your on-device trends. A LIBRARY THAT CITES ITSELF 59 compounds with mechanism, side effects, storage and an honest evidence tier. Short lessons on running a protocol well. Safety rules flag duplicate mechanisms and known interactions before you start, including the boxed warnings that apply. TOGETHER Pair with one person for accountability. They see whether you kept your days, and nothing else. YOUR RECORD STAYS YOURS Photos, Apple Health imports and lab records stay on this iPhone unless you export or share them. Your plans, dose history, supply counts, manual readings and their attached notes are encrypted on your iPhone before they sync, so they restore when you sign in on a new phone. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train anything. Export everything as JSON or a spreadsheet whenever you want, and delete your account from inside the app. Claritide is a record-keeping and educational tool. Your dose and schedule come from you and your provider; Claritide records them. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not sell or source any compound. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider before starting or changing anything. SUBSCRIPTIONS Personal tracking requires an auto-renewing Claritide Pro subscription. Both plans include full access: USD $14.99 per month or USD $59.99 per year, billed annually. Eligible subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Localized prices, trial eligibility and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; manage an App Store subscription in your Apple Account settings. Doomstep locks the apps you choose until you walk. Every 100 steps earns 1 minute of screen time. Spend your minutes on a 5, 15 or 30 minute break, and your apps lock again when the break ends. A subscription is required to use Doomstep. New subscribers start with a 7-day free trial. A short walk between you and the scroll. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps you want to walk to unlock. You choose them in Apple's Screen Time picker and can change them any time. • Set a daily step goal that fits your day. Steps past your goal earn double. • Walk. Doomstep counts your steps from your iPhone's motion sensor and Apple Health, and your minutes add up on their own. • Open a locked app and you'll see how many steps are left until your next break. • Start a break when you want one. When it ends, the lock comes back, even if Doomstep is closed. INCLUDED WITH YOUR SUBSCRIPTION • Today: your minutes, your steps and your next break at a glance. • Walks: track a walk or workout with live steps and time, add a photo, and keep a receipt of every walk. • Share cards: turn a walk or your week into a card for your story. • Progress: goal days, minutes earned, and how many weeks in a row you've kept it up. • Screen Time since you started: a private before-and-after, shown in Apple's own Screen Time report. • A weekly leaderboard: walk with others under a made-up name. You can hide or report any name. • A Day off: four goal days in a row earn a day with your apps open. • Widgets and Live Activities: your steps and minutes on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. • Walk reminders on the days and times you pick. WALK WITH A FRIEND Together is included with your subscription and pairs you with one friend. Send an invite link, and your friend joins with their own Doomstep account and subscription. • Shared minutes: the minutes you both earn go into one bank, and either of you can spend them on a break. • Walk together: ask your friend to walk now and see both step counts as you go. • Postcards: send your friend a finished walk, with photos if you both turn on photo sharing. • Cheers: cheer your friend on with a tap. Your apps and your screen time stay yours. You can pause, leave, report or block at any time, and your unspent minutes come back to you if either of you leaves. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your app choices and Screen Time data stay on your iPhone. • Doomstep reads your step count from Apple Health and Motion & Fitness. It never writes to Health and never uses your data for ads. • Steps typed into Health by hand don't count, so every minute is earned. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED Doomstep is free to download. Using it requires a subscription, and new subscribers start with a 7-day free trial. Choose a weekly, monthly or yearly plan; the app shows the price for your country before you subscribe. Each person in Together has their own subscription. After the free trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price and length of the plan you chose, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends. App Store subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account, and you can manage or cancel them any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
