Learn to interpret ECGs with a structured, repeatable approach. Rhythmora ECG Academy combines visual rhythm lessons, focused quizzes, ECG calculators, progress tracking, and optional photo-assisted research tools in one private, offline study app. LEARN SYSTEMATICALLY• Follow an eight-step ECG interpretation method• Study 18 illustrated rhythm and pattern guides• Review rate, rhythm, intervals, axis, conduction, and ST–T changes• Open cited clinical and educational references PRACTICE WITH PURPOSE• Choose Quick Check, Practice, or Challenge mode• Work through 26 reviewed questions• See immediate explanations and revisit missed questions• Track goals, streaks, achievements, and category progress locally USE PRACTICAL ECG TOOLS• Calculate heart rate using large boxes, small boxes, or a 10-second strip• Calculate QTc with Bazett and Fridericia formulas• Explore the two-lead axis quadrant• Practice measurements with calibrated digital calipers PHOTO-ASSISTED LEARNING• Capture or choose a de-identified ECG image• Zoom, increase contrast, and review capture quality and calibration• Enter exact intervals and lead-by-lead ST measurements• Optionally run an on-device Core ML research model for five broad PTB-XL pattern classes• Review transparent model scores, extraction-quality warnings, and abstentions PRIVATE BY DESIGN• No account, advertising, analytics, or cloud storage• Learning progress stays on the device• ECG images are processed in memory and are not uploaded or saved by the app IMPORTANTRhythmora ECG Academy is an educational study aid, not a medical device. It does not provide a clinical diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Its optional AI feature is unvalidated for clinical use. The broad MI model class cannot determine whether an infarction is acute and cannot diagnose STEMI or coronary occlusion. A normal or indeterminate result cannot exclude disease or an emergency. Always use the original diagnostic-quality tracing, current guidelines, local protocols, and qualified clinical review. If someone may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

ECG Rhythms

Most ECG apps ship a fixed library of tracings. Work through it twice and you stop reading the strip: you start recognising the picture. Then the real thing looks nothing like the picture. This app generates every strip from scratch. Pick atrial fibrillation and you get a different atrial fibrillation every time, with its own rate, its own irregularity, its own baseline. You cannot memorise your way through it, which is the point. WHAT YOU GET Thirty-one rhythms, drawn on a real 25 mm/s, 10 mm/mV grid with a calibration pulse. Sinus rhythms including arrhythmia and pause. Atrial fibrillation and flutter. Supraventricular and junctional rhythms. All four AV blocks. PACs and PVCs, the R-on-T phenomenon, ventricular tachycardia, torsades de pointes, idioventricular and agonal rhythms, ventricular fibrillation and asystole. Paced rhythms, atrial, ventricular and dual-chamber, plus failure to capture and failure to sense. CHOOSE HOW HARD IT IS Answer from a list while you are learning, then switch to open response and name the rhythm yourself with nothing to pick from. Shorthand works, so afib, vtach and Wenckebach all find it. Set the signal quality. Clean is the textbook tracing. Realistic adds the wander and muscle noise of a cooperative patient. Noisy is the strip nobody trains on and everybody eventually gets. SEE WHY, NOT JUST WHETHER Every answer comes with the criteria that define the rhythm, the measured rate, PR, QRS and QT off that exact tracing, and an explanation of why it is not the rhythm you confused it with. MONITOR MODE Recognising a rhythm as it sweeps across a monitor is a different skill from reading a still strip, and it is the one you need at the bedside. Almost nothing else trains it. TRACK WHAT IS STILL SHAKY The rhythms you miss come back more often. The progress page tells you which ones you have down, which ones keep catching you out, and which pairs you are mixing up. ONE PRICE Everything is included. No subscription, no ads, nothing locked behind a second purchase. Works completely offline. For education and exam preparation. Not a medical device and not for clinical diagnosis or patient care.

The call

RhythmoraECG and ECG Rhythms are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
