Planometer
Read full descriptionHide full description
Planometer is a planner that measures itself. Plan your day here ā events, tasks, mail ā and at the end of it see how much of the day you decided in advance, and how much simply happened to you. WHAT IT MEASURES Ā· The day's score ā one number for the quality of your planning, not for your productivity. Ā· Reschedules ā how often things move, and what they move off. Ā· Hours by marker ā where the time actually went, under your own codes. Ā· How much of the day was in the plan before the day started. MAIL LIKE A MESSENGER One subject, one conversation. New mail at the bottom, your reply in the same place, quotes collapsed, attachments where you left them. Swipe a message to archive it, delete it or mark it read. Search runs across every connected mailbox, and letters carry the same markers your events and tasks use. AN ASSISTANT YOU CAN TYPE TO OR TALK TO Ask what the week looks like. Have a meeting moved, a task created, a letter turned into either. Get a reply drafted straight into the message box. It always proposes and you confirm ā nothing is created, changed or sent behind your back. There is a live voice mode as well, switched on in settings when you want to plan the day out loud instead of typing. WHAT ELSE IS IN IT Ā· Your calendar in full: create, move, finish. Changes go back to your own Google or Apple calendar. Ā· Tasks, including repeating ones, with Apple Reminders kept in step. Ā· Markers ā your own short codes on events, tasks and letters, so hours are counted by what they were spent on. Ā· A morning and an evening briefing, and a weekly review, written from your own week. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO Ā· It will not tell you to work more. The score is about planning, not effort ā a quiet day planned in advance scores better than a full one improvised. Ā· It will not keep a second copy of your life. Everything is read from the calendar you already use. Ā· It will not decide anything behind your back: an event, a task or a letter goes out only after you confirm it. CREDITS The planner, the score, the calendar, the trends and the streaks are free. The AI parts ā the briefings, the assistant, the voice mode, the mail drafts ā cost credits. Every green day earns credits, and packs can be bought if you want more. There is no subscription.

DayFlare: plan your day with your AI. Your calendar, your habits and the work you do with Claude, in one place. It plans your day around your work, and keeps a second calendar for everything you build with AI. A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR DAY Tell DayFlare your usual work hours once. From then on it puts sleep, meals and your habits in the hours that are really left. After a night shift, sleep moves to the morning. Before an early start, bedtime comes forward. A SECOND CALENDAR FOR AI WORK Sessions with Claude and other assistants land in their own calendar: how long, on what project, what is left to do and the ideas that came up. At the end of the day you see exactly where your AI hours went. On the Mac, assistants that speak MCP can read your plan and log the work for you. WHAT NOW, WHAT NEXT One screen answers the two questions that matter. Widgets show now and next on the home screen, and a running shift sits on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island with the time left. YOUR WORK SCHEDULE FROM A PHOTO Photograph the schedule from work and the month fills itself in. DayFlare shows what it read, day by day, and adds nothing until you say so. The photo is read on your device and never leaves it. ROTATIONS AND PAY Set up a rotation such as 2-2-3 or four on, four off, and the calendar fills ahead. Add your hourly pay, night extra and overtime, and the month adds itself up, with your next payday. IPHONE, IPAD, MAC AND APPLE WATCH DayFlare for Mac lives in the menu bar with a clock that always shows what is now. Apple Watch shows now, next and the rest of today, with a complication for your watch face. Siri and Shortcuts can add a shift, tell you what is next or log your work. WORKS WITH YOUR CALENDARS Your own events, including Google Calendar through Apple Calendar, count as busy time, so the plan never lands on top of them. Shifts and AI sessions can be kept in Apple Calendar, so iCloud carries them to all your devices. WE NEVER SEE YOUR DATA. YOU DECIDE WHAT YOUR AI SEES. No account, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. An AI assistant gets nothing until you switch it on in Settings, and you can switch it off at any time. Sleep from Apple Health is read only, and only if you turn it on. DAYFLARE PREMIUM Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions (the yearly one starts with a free week) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings.
