Founder’s Inc. is a business strategy game where you start with nothing and learn to build, compete, manage cash, and grow through gameplay. Start small. Sell your first product or service. Read the market. Outsmart competitors. Decide when to spend, when to save, and when to take a calculated growth bet. Chapter I includes five increasingly challenging levels: • Start a business and make your first sales • Find real customer demand through Trend Hunt • Compete for customers in Customer Clash • Balance bills, cash flow, and risky growth opportunities • Put everything together in the Founder Test There are no lectures or business quizzes. The concepts are built into the game itself: your decisions have consequences, businesses can fail, and you have to adapt. Replay levels to improve your performance, build Founder Cash, earn achievements, and take another run at the challenges. Chapter I is free. After completing Chapter I, players can optionally purchase Founder Pass, a one-time purchase that recognizes early supporters and provides permanent ad-free access to future chapters. Founder Pass provides no gameplay advantage. Start. Scale. Sell.

About

Burn Rate

Start with a used laptop and a handful of AI agents. Turn your own ideas into products, ship updates, grow recurring revenue, and keep the company alive while compute, upkeep, and marketing eat into your runway. Build specialized agent teams for planning, coding, review, and shipping. Reallocate them as projects change. Upgrade from secondhand machines to cloud GPU fleets and eventually your own data centers. Products keep earning after launch—and keep evolving. Improve quality, reliability, and demand over time, enter recurring hackathons, react to startup surprises, negotiate acquisition offers, and collect event stickers for your founder laptop. Burn Rate is an agentic startup simulation about making smart tradeoffs between speed, quality, cost, and ambition. Build agents. Ship products. Beat the burn.
