About

Don't Press Me

Your thumb wants to tap. Sometimes that is exactly how you lose. Play it as a party: put the rounds on a TV and every phone becomes a buzzer. Parties of up to 4 are free; the Party Pass opens parties of up to 30. Or play alone: a path of trick-puzzle levels, Endless, the puzzle of the day, and live duels. Don't Press Me is a fast reflex game where the hardest move is often doing nothing. The instruction changes every round, the needle races toward the red, and your thumb wants to press before your brain has read the word. FIFTEEN WAYS TO GET IT WRONG • TAP — press it once. • DON'T TOUCH — hands off until time runs out. • HOLD — hold until the ring fills, then let go. • TAP ×4 — tap exactly the number shown. • TAP IF GREEN — only if the button really is that colour. Later, the word is printed in the wrong colour to trip you up. • PICK THE REAL ONE — two buttons, and one of them is a dud. • REMEMBER — a number flashes; pick the one you saw. • SAME AS LAST — no instruction at all. Do what the last round asked. • WATCH, THEN REPEAT — play back the buttons in the order they lit. • WAIT FOR IT… NOW! — press too early and it counts as a miss. • DON'T FLINCH — hands off, even when a spider runs by or the button begs you to. • OPPOSITE — do the reverse: TAP! means hands off, DON'T TOUCH means tap. • CLOCK — press the moment the hand reaches 12. Early is a miss. • FOUR CORNERS — the button hops around the corners; tap it once in each. • HOW MANY? — cats ride on the button; later, tap once for each one you saw. THE PUZZLE PATH Short levels of hand-made trick puzzles on a map. Each puzzle is one instruction and a timer, and each is trying to fool you: rules that change later answers, sums, shapes, a frog, a spider. You have 3 hearts per level; no mistakes earns all three stars. More levels are on the way. PUZZLE OF THE DAY Three trick puzzles, new every day and the same for everyone. Keep your streak going and share your result. ENDLESS Opens after level 5, and has no final level. Every few clears the window gets shorter, the button starts moving, and new rule types join the mix. From level 7, tricks from Puzzles sneak in: sums, shapes, a fake LET GO! and traffic lights. Chain clean rounds to build a score multiplier; one mistake resets it. Three mistakes and the run is over. From level 5, every tenth round is a surprise puzzle. PLAY TOGETHER Duel: play a friend live, each on your own phone; the faster thumb takes the point and first to 5 wins. Party: a game show in one room, 4 players free or up to 30 with the Party Pass. The rounds go on a TV or a tablet, or play on phones only. Friends join with a code or a QR code, even without the app. TOP 100 Make the world's Top 100 in Endless and pick the name it shows. CHALLENGE A FRIEND Send a friend your stars on a level and dare them to beat it. MADE FOR ONE THUMB • Plays offline — no account, no sign-up. Only Duel, Party and the Top 100 need the internet. • Plays in your phone's language, with a proper right-to-left layout where needed. • Haptics and sound, with both switchable in Settings. • A yellow or a dark game screen, your pick (Settings → Game look). FREE, WITH ADS The game is free and shows ads. Watch an optional ad to get a heart back or to continue a run, or buy Remove Ads once to turn banners and between-game ads off for good. Continues are also available as an in-app purchase. Parties of up to 4 are free; the Party Pass (yearly with a free week, monthly, or lifetime) opens parties of up to 30 and turns ads off.
