Tap Good Night and the apps you choose stay locked until you get up and walk the next morning. The earlier you sleep and wake, the more time you get for social and video apps that day. Whatever you don't use is saved for the weekend. WHO IT'S FOR • You lose your nights and mornings to your phone in bed • You can stop the alarm, but not the scrolling that follows • You don't want to quit social media, just decide when it's guilt-free HOW IT WORKS • Tap Good Night by your bedtime goal for +45 min. Be up and walking by your wake-up goal for +45 min. Up to 90 min a day • Your iPhone's step count decides when you're up: the moment you reach your step goal (50 by default), counted from an hour before your wake-up goal • When today's time runs out, your apps lock until tomorrow morning • Time you don't use is saved. Spend it later, 15 minutes at a time • Need your phone right now? Emergency Unlock opens your apps for 15 minutes. The first one each day is free; after that it costs 30 minutes of saved time BUILT TO LAST • Separate goals for workdays and rest days, by weekday, date, or calendar events • Trips and nights out: book a night off, and your apps stay open that night and morning • Strict Mode: settings lock at night, and Emergency Unlock drops to once a week • Every morning you keep goes in your log. Save a Morning Card as an image • A widget with today's time and your saved time YOUR DATA No account, no server. Your records stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Which apps you chose and how long you used them never reach the developer. No ads, no analytics. PRICE Everything is free for 14 days. No purchase needed, and nothing is charged automatically. To keep going after that: Lifetime (one payment, never renews), Yearly (auto-renews every year), or Monthly (auto-renews every month). All three include every feature. Prices are shown in the app and in the App Store. PLEASE NOTE • Locking apps uses iOS Screen Time. You'll be asked for Screen Time permission once • Don't include apps you need in an emergency, like Phone, Messages, or Maps • iPhone only. The wake-up check uses the pedometer, so iPad isn't supported Terms of Use: https://yoake-app.pages.dev/terms-en.html EULA (Apple's standard): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://yoake-app.pages.dev/privacy-en.html
