Paimaish vs NuKey

Paimaish converts Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan land-revenue units into standard measures — accurately, offline, and in your language. A generic converter assumes every Bigha is the same. It isn’t. The size of Bigha, Biswa, Biswansi, Sarsahi, Ghumaon, Killa and related units depends on the local record system. Paimaish uses regional land-measurement references so you can convert figures from jamabandi, khasra and sale records with the right local basis. REGION-ACCURATE, NOT GENERIC • Choose a Punjab tract, Haryana settlement system, Himachal district group, or Rajasthan district and settlement lineage. • Punjab and Haryana use their appropriate historic and consolidated measures. • Himachal Pradesh supports both record systems: है-आ-सै and बीघा-बिस्वा-बिस्वांसी. • Rajasthan support is based on its settlement-chain records: one chain × one chain equals one Bigha. Select from more than 40 district-and-lineage profiles across Rajasthan’s revenue divisions. • Rajasthan Bigha values can range from 12,100 to 27,225 square feet depending on the applicable local lineage — essential where the same district has different Khalsa, Jagir or former-State measures. • Rajasthan-only Murabba is included. Units a state’s records do not define are clearly marked unavailable rather than assigned a misleading value. • Convert to and from Square Metres, Hectares, Square Yards, Square Feet and Square Inches, plus Himachal’s Are and Centare. FIVE WAYS TO ENTER A RECORD • Single Unit — convert one value into every available unit. • Kanal & Marla — enter a record as written. • Legacy Units — enter Bigha, Biswa and Biswansi together. • Rate per Unit — compare land prices across units. • Calculator — add or subtract land records when combining holdings or splitting a sold portion. BUILT FOR REAL LAND WORK • Pin frequently used units for quick access. • Tap a result to see the step-by-step calculation behind it. • Save a browsable, shareable conversion history. • Share conversions as plain text. • Use the in-app reference table to understand the regional basis behind each figure. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Paimaish makes no network requests and collects no data. Calculations and saved history remain on your device. No account, ads or tracking. WORKS EVERYWHERE, IN YOUR LANGUAGE • English, हिंदी and ਪੰਜਾਬੀ support. • Completely offline — useful in the field. • iPad split layout for entry and results side by side. • Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion support. Built for landowners, farmers, land agents and revenue staff working with Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan land records.
