BotWiner Strength

BotWiner Strength is a lifting log that does the bookkeeping for you. Enter the weight, the reps and the sets, and the app works out the volume, spots every personal record and keeps the whole history in order — so the only thing you have to think about in the gym is the next set. WHAT YOU GET • Exercise library — fifty-four movements organised across chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core and full body, each with its own page and history • Your own exercises — add anything the library is missing and it behaves exactly like a built-in movement • Fast set logging — weight, reps, sets and an optional note, with the estimated one-rep max and total volume calculated for you • Automatic records — max weight, best estimated 1RM and highest rep count tracked per exercise, with a clear alert the moment a set beats a previous best • Records board — every personal best in one place, with the date it was set • Progress charts — weekly volume, records earned per month, how your training splits across muscle groups, and a per-exercise curve you can switch between max weight, estimated 1RM and volume • Bodyweight log — entries over time with a curve, kept next to your lifting data instead of in another app • Progress photo — one private photo you can update whenever you want a visual comparison • Kilograms or pounds — weights are stored once and converted on screen, so switching units never rewrites your records There is no account, no feed and no coaching upsell. It opens straight onto your exercises, logging a set takes a few taps, and everything you have ever recorded stays on the device.

New training ideas often come from combining completely different skills. When movements from separate disciplines meet inside one session, they create fresh challenges, improve coordination and develop abilities that traditional routines rarely target. Every combination becomes an opportunity to train in a different way. Crossbot generates original hybrid disciplines by blending any two sports you choose. Enter two activities, from boxing and rowing to tennis and climbing, and AI creates a completely new discipline with its own name, structured workout and performance standard. Every generated discipline is designed around your experience level, available equipment and preferred session length. The result is not a random exercise list but a complete training format that develops qualities borrowed from both sports at the same time. Features • Combine any two sports • AI creates unique disciplines • Personalized hybrid workouts • Session standards to complete • Fusion Index analysis • Skill transfer insights • Progressive difficulty • Personal discipline ranking • Arena leaderboard • Cross points system • Session history • Metric and imperial units The workout screen explains how the two sports interact. Warm-up, Skill Block A, Skill Block B and the hybrid finisher are clearly separated, while every exercise indicates which discipline inspired it. A measurable session standard gives every workout a concrete objective instead of simply asking you to finish the routine. After completing the workout, AI evaluates your performance. It explains which abilities helped the most, which areas limited your result and suggests the next challenge. Every successful session increases your Cross Points and helps your discipline climb higher inside your personal Arena. The signature feature of Crossbot is the Fusion Index. Every hybrid discipline receives a Fusion Index between 0 and 100. The application explains which skill from Sport A strengthens Sport B, which abilities naturally conflict and what kind of athlete this unusual combination is likely to develop. No two sport combinations produce exactly the same analysis. Your Arena becomes a personal championship where every created discipline competes against the others. Rankings change automatically as Cross Points increase, completed standards are recorded and stronger hybrid disciplines move toward the top of the table. The highest-ranked creation earns the title of Discipline of the Season. Your profile stores your primary sport, experience level, preferred session duration and available equipment so every future discipline starts with settings that match your training environment. Measurement units, reminders and other preferences can also be adjusted at any time. Crossbot transforms familiar sports into completely new challenges. Every pair creates a different discipline, every completed standard earns more points and every training session builds a growing collection of original hybrid sports that exist only inside your personal Arena.
