Write down when they eat and when they sleep. Today shows the next nap and the next feed. At first this follows what is usual for their age. After a few days it follows your baby. Memory Wall looks at photos on this phone from the day they were born. It groups faces. You tap the one that is your baby. Each photo goes in the week it was taken. White noise, backed by research. Two parents can share the same log. Free. No ads. Nothing to buy. THE DAY Today is the home screen. You see if they are awake or asleep, what is next, and how the day is going. - Next nap as a time range, for example between 14:05 and 14:50. Not one exact minute. - Next feed on the same screen - Add a breastfeed, bottle or pump in two taps - Add food from the same place when they start solids. Bubbi names it breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack from the time - Add sleep in two taps. Bubbi names it a nap or night from the time and how long it lasted - Sleep, feeds and tummy time next to the usual amounts for their age. The bars fill when you add a row - Look at a day, a week or four weeks, and see who wrote each row - Change a row if you tapped the wrong thing The times change when you add a new row. This is a suggestion, not a plan you have to keep. MEMORY WALL Bubbi looks through photos on this phone, starting from their birthday. It finds faces and puts the one that looks most like a baby first. You tap which face is your baby. Other people stay off the wall. Each photo sits in the week you took it, so you can see them grow. A face from the first weeks still matches later months. You can share one week, or share the year as one picture. Bubbi does not change your camera roll. Turn the wall off and it clears. BOTH PARENTS You can use everything without an account. If two of you want the same log: sign in with Apple, send a four-digit code, and both phones show the same feeds and sleeps. Photos on the wall stay on this phone. SIX SOUNDS White noise has been studied. Spencer and colleagues (Archives of Disease in Childhood, 1990) found newborns fell asleep faster with it than without. That study is not a promise your baby will sleep. Six sounds. Change from one to another and there is no quiet gap. - Rhythmic Shush: a shush like a person. It starts louder, then gets quieter over five minutes. - Womb Whoosh: a deep, soft pulse for fussing and settling. - Whisper Count: a quiet voice counting from one to five hundred, then starting again. - Ocean Waves: slow waves for the last part of settling. - Dark Noise: deep and even, for the whole night. - Classic White: bright and even, for voices, traffic, doors and day naps. Five volume steps, from Whisper to Loudest. You can also change how deep and how fast the rhythmic sounds are. Play for 45 minutes, 2 hours, until 6:30, or keep going. When it stops, it fades. The sound keeps playing if you lock the phone. Keep the phone two metres from the cot, not in the cot. PLAY AND SETTLE Ideas for their age. Open one and do it now, or add tummy time, play, a bath or a story. FROM THE LOCK SCREEN On many iPhones you can add White Noise, Feed and Sleep to Control Center, the Lock Screen or the Action button. The next sleep can show on the Lock Screen too. Siri and Shortcuts can play a sound, stop it, add a feed or add sleep. If you are worried about their health or crying, talk to your doctor.

Track feeds, sleep, diapers and your milk stash with Tiny Tally. Keep everyday care together on iPhone and Apple Watch, with quick actions, timers, reminders and a shared history for your little one. JUST TELL TILLY Tilly sits above the tab bar on every tab. Type what happened, like “milk 60 ml” or “nap 1h 20m”, and Tilly saves it, with Undo right there. Ask how many feeds today, when the last poop was or how the last two weeks went, and Tilly looks it up in your baby’s logs. Ask about caring for your baby, too, or ask for help with a routine and add the reminders Tilly suggests. Your chats are kept so you can come back to them. Tilly needs iOS 27 or later. Answers need an iPhone with Apple Intelligence; typed entries save without it. AI can make mistakes. Not a diagnosis. CARE FROM YOUR WRIST See your baby's status and reach care shortcuts from the Tiny Tally watch face. Log feeds and diaper changes, follow ongoing sessions, switch nursing sides and finish from your wrist. Turn the Digital Crown to adjust a bottle amount in 5 ml steps. Set up your baby and arrange Watch shortcuts on your paired iPhone. THEIR DAY, ALL TOGETHER Log nursing, bottles, pumping, sleep, diapers, tummy time and your own custom activities. Follow the day's timeline in History, add something you missed or correct an entry. Insights brings daily totals, activity timing and patterns across 7, 30, 60 or 90 days into view. A DAILY CHECK-IN Insights checks milk, sleep, diapers and growth each day against AAP, WHO and National Sleep Foundation guidance, and compares feeds with your baby’s usual. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Tilly adds a short insight about the day. FROM PUMP TO STASH Use a pumping timer or record a finished session. Save milk to the fridge or freezer and track your own and donor milk separately. See available portions and use-by details, choose stored milk for a feed and keep the remaining amounts up to date. A LITTLE CLOSER Set repeating reminders for each baby, like a feeding reminder every 3 hours, and see what's next on Today. Add the Home Screen widget and choose five care actions for each baby. Follow nursing and sleep with Live Activities on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Switch nursing sides or finish a session from the Lock Screen. THEIR FIRST YEAR Open Grow from your baby's name on Today. Explore illustrated “What you may notice” and “Try together” guides from the newborn weeks to the first birthday. Keep up to 20 photos in each month's album, choose a cover and add notes. After adding your first photo, save the first-year photo book as a PDF. CARE AND PHOTOS, SHARED Sign in with Apple to sync care records across your devices and invite the people who care for your baby. See who logged each activity. You can also share monthly photos and notes through iCloud. The baby profile's owner manages the photos; an invited caregiver can view them after accepting the photo invitation. Both need to be signed in to iCloud. Photo sharing can be turned off separately from shared care. Keep separate profiles for multiple babies and export care records as CSV. An account is optional for local-only tracking. Try Tiny Tally free for 7 days, then continue with a one-time Lifetime Unlock purchase. No subscription. Tilly, Grow and Apple Watch support are included. Requires iOS 18 or later. Tilly requires iOS 27 or later. Apple Watch requires watchOS 11 or later and Tiny Tally on the paired iPhone. Tiny Tally provides tracking and organizational tools only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Call a healthcare professional when you have concerns about your baby.
