Al-Rakeen Go is an owner dashboard in your phone, for a business whose tills run the Al-Rakeen point of sale: a shop, a grocery, a pharmacy, a clothing shop, a small online store, a restaurant or a cafe. Open it and read what your own tills recorded: today's sales, the orders still open, your reports and your alerts. ■ Today's sales as they happen • The total moves with every bill the cashier closes, so you neither wait for closing time nor call anyone. • Order count and average bill, with sales split by order type. • Today's best sellers, and the cash in and out of the drawer. • Shift state: open or not, and what has passed through it. ■ Open orders in front of you • Every order still open, with its value, its state and the staff member serving it. • What is on the tables, and what is takeaway, delivery or an online order. • Open an order to see its items and its discount before you ask anyone about it. ■ Reports that need no calculator • Pick the period once and every report follows it. • Sales detail: categories, tables, delivery by driver, and tax. • Discounts separated: what came from a published offer, and what a staff member granted. • Payments as the till recorded them: in cash, by card or on account. • Cancellations and losses: what was voided, who voided it, and what it cost. • Staff performance, the shift record, what the suppliers delivered, and the ageing of dues. • Compare your branches on one screen, and see the devices connected to each. ■ Alerts for what deserves your attention • A shift closed with a cash variance. • An order larger than usual. • A cancellation request waiting for your approval. • Alerts stay in their own log inside the app, read and unread, so none of them is lost. ■ Management from the phone, within your permissions • Edit menu prices, item names and availability, confirmed with your own password. • Order your categories, and switch offers on and off. • Add a staff member or change their permissions, if your account allows it. • Selling and stock stay on the till: the app opens no bill and moves no goods. ■ Before you sign in • Sign in with the same email account you use for the Al-Rakeen system. • No new account, and no sign-up inside the app. • Arabic and English, with the language switch on the sign-in screen itself. ■ Who it is for • A shop, grocery, pharmacy, clothing shop or small online store owner who follows the numbers while out of the place. • A restaurant or cafe owner who wants sales and orders in hand. • A branch manager or partner who reads what their permission allows and nothing beyond it. • An owner of several branches who wants them all on one screen. ■ What this app opens for The owner dashboard opens for a business whose till already runs Al-Rakeen, and what you read in it is your own shop's book.
