Marafit

Marafit turns your own Apple Health running data into a full 16-week marathon plan โ and keeps adjusting it to what you actually run. Most training apps hand you a template and ask you to fit into it. Marafit reads your last 90 days of runs, works out your heart-rate zones, your easy pace, your threshold pace and your current fitness, and builds the plan around those. WHAT YOU GET FOR FREE โข A complete 16-week periodised plan โ 3:1 build/down weeks, a 3-week taper, every session placed on a real date โข Pick your own training days: long run day, quality day, and as many support runs as you want (3 to 6 sessions a week) โข Personal heart-rate zones for every session, derived from your maximum and resting heart rate via the Karvonen method โข Daily readiness score from HRV, resting heart rate and sleep, with the full breakdown of how it was calculated โข Today's fitness, fatigue and form (CTL / ATL / TSB) โข Weekly score: planned versus actual, session by session โข Long-run comparison: heart-rate curve and time in each zone โข A realism check on your goal time, so you find out before week one rather than on race day MARAFIT PRO โข Paces tuned to you โ easy and threshold paces come from your own measured efforts and VDOT, instead of being derived from your goal time โข A plan that follows you โ miss a week or overshoot one, and the remaining weeks are re-anchored to what you actually ran โข Fitness and fatigue trends over 90 days, not just today's numbers โข Deep run analysis โ aerobic efficiency, heart-rate drift with warm-up removed, heat stress from the temperature and humidity recorded during the run, plus running dynamics and elevation HOW IT WORKS Marafit reads runs, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, VO2 max, sleep and body metrics from Apple Health. It never writes anything back. Every calculation runs on your iPhone. The training model follows established methods: Karvonen heart-rate reserve for zones, Daniels VDOT for equivalent performances and threshold pace, Banister TRIMP for training load, and the CTL / ATL / TSB fitness-fatigue model. BEFORE YOU START Marafit needs running history in Apple Health to build anything โ record runs with Apple Watch or the iPhone Workout app. If you have none yet, tap "Or explore with demo data" on the first screen to load 13 weeks of sample runs and see the whole app, then clear them in one tap. Currently supports the full marathon (42.195 km). Half marathon is not included: the periodisation, long-run progression and race-pace work are all calibrated for the full distance, and offering a rescaled version would produce a plan that looks usable but isn't. iPhone only. There is no iCloud sync, so your data stays on the device you use. PRIVACY No account. No servers. No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. Your health data never leaves your device โ we have no way to receive it even if we wanted to. Deleting the app deletes everything. SUBSCRIPTION Marafit Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Eligible Apple IDs get a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. The lifetime option does not renew. Longrun

You have never run a marathon. You have a date, a start line, and a number that looks impossible from where you are standing today. Longrun turns that into tomorrow morning. Tell it three things: what a good race looks like to you, how far you run right now, and which race you are training for. Longrun counts back from the real date and builds the twelve to twenty weeks in front of it. Three runs a week to start, every one of them easy. One long run every Sunday, growing about a mile at a time. A taper that arrives before you think you need it. Then it hands you one day at a time. A PLAN THAT MOVES WHEN YOU DO Every training plan meets real life somewhere around week three. Yours will too. Tell Longrun you missed a run and the week reshuffles itself. Miss a hard session and the next one becomes an easy run while the long run holds its distance. Miss a long run and next Sunday holds at this Sunday's number, and the growth waits a week. Miss two in a week and the following week eases about 10 percent, then rebuilds. Every change is shown to you, in a sentence, with the reason. Nothing disappears quietly. EVERY DAY, ON ONE SCREEN Today opens on the session you have, the pace range to hold it at, and roughly how long it will take. Underneath: your water, your food, last night's sleep and HRV, and this week's seven bars filling in. - Live run with GPS distance, pace, mile splits and cues that arrive when you need them - Fuel: a calorie and carb target that changes with the kind of day it is, and a meal plan you log with one tap - Body: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Health, an acute-to-chronic training load ratio with the 0.8 to 1.3 sweet spot marked, and shoe mileage so you retire a pair before it retires you - Progress: total distance since week one, planned against done, longest run, easy pace, and a finish-time estimate built from the runs you have actually done RACE DAY, ALREADY REHEARSED Choose from 377 races, all seven World Marathon Majors among them, or type in your own name and date. From that moment the Race tab counts down. Your finish time, your pace per mile, how many gels to carry and roughly where to take them. A race-week checklist that opens seven days out: cut the volume, carb-load, pin the bib, oats and a banana three hours before, arrive 75 minutes early. Course profile, typical weather, your bib number and your wave. By race morning you will have practiced all of it. THIRTY-FOUR LANGUAGES, MILES OR KILOMETERS Longrun is fully translated into 34 languages and lays out right to left in Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu. Switch between miles and kilometers whenever you like. WHAT LONGRUN LEAVES OUT No chatbot. No AI writing your training. No feed to scroll, no kudos, no follower count. A plan, the day in front of you, and a coach's voice saying the things a good coach says: go slower, eat something, get some sleep. LONGRUN PRO Longrun Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Start with 7 days free, then $39.99 per year. Or pay $2.99 for your first month and $39.99 per year after that. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
