Groovement vs Ember

Groovement is a dedicated music metronome made for runners, cyclists, and active movers. Import the music you love into Groovement, and it automatically analyzes each song's rhythm. Collect the right tracks for your workout, fine-tune the tempo, and mix them into medleys. Enjoy your favorite melodies while Groovement keeps a steady beat as your workout metronome. Groovement locks your music precisely to your cadence, adjusts playback speed without changing the pitch, and stitches your favorite tracks into mashup playlists you can share as beautiful song-poster cards. Music import, automatic BPM analysis, and library management are free to use. To use features such as tempo adjustment, mixing, playback, saving locally, and downloading, you must subscribe to the in-app paid content. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends. After purchase, the charge will be billed to your Apple ID account. You can manage and turn off auto-renewal anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Terms of Service: https://groovement.cn/terms/ Privacy Policy: https://groovement.cn/privacy/

Most fasting apps just count the hours. Ember shows you what those hours are actually doing. Start a fast with one tap and a warm, living timer fills toward your goal. As time passes, Ember tells you exactly where your body is — easing out of digestion, tipping into fat-burning, crossing into ketosis, and reaching autophagy, the deep cellular clean-up so many people fast for. A fast stops being a countdown and becomes a journey you can watch. Choose the rhythm that fits you — 14:10 to ease in, the classic 16:8, 18:6, or push into 20:4, OMAD and 36-hour fasts. Ember keeps your streak gently (miss a day and it simply starts again), charts your weight over time, and lets you note how each fast felt. A home-screen widget keeps your time remaining a glance away, and everything syncs privately through your own iCloud. Ember is free to use, with an optional Ember Pro subscription that unlocks every fasting stage, unlimited history, full weight and insight charts, the advanced schedules and the widget. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. Begin your first fast today — and finally see what's happening inside. Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage in your App Store account settings.
