Construction Calculator is an offline construction calculator for people who build things: concrete calculator, rebar calculator, brick, tile, steel, scaffold and pipe volume - with a material estimator and cost estimator that work with no signal. No account. No signal. The app works anywhere - a job site, a basement, a rooftop - and it never sells your data because it never needs the network. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Concrete calculator: slabs, footings, columns and walls - bags, volume, cost. - Rebar calculator: footings, beams and ties - steel weight and volume in one tap. - Brick, tile, beam, column, roofing, scaffold, excavation, asphalt and pipe volume calculators. - Unit converter: metric and imperial, plus construction units. Use this unit converter offline on the job. - The material estimator and cost estimator build as you work. - Save projects and reopen them anytime. - Export a clean, print-ready PDF or structured Excel file. MADE FOR THE FIELD - This construction calculator works offline on site - even with no signal. - Big numbers and large buttons, readable in daylight and on the move. - Smart defaults and quick presets to cut your typing. - Dark mode for evening planning. - Every result can be copied or shared in one tap. FREE, WITH A PRO OPTION - All calculators are fully free. No paywall in the middle of a calculation. - Pro removes the limits on saved projects, unlocks branded PDF export and full-project Excel export, and restores your purchases on any device. - No ads in pro version. About

InchWise

InchWise is the feet-and-inches calculator that stops being rented. Add 14' 3-5/8" to 9' 11-3/4", divide the result by 16" on centre, convert it to millimetres, and keep every step on a tape you can scroll back through, label and correct. That is arithmetic a builder does all day, and an ordinary calculator cannot do it at all. WHAT IT SOLVES • Roof and right angle - rise, run, diagonal, pitch in rise-per-foot and in degrees, common rafter, hip and valley • Stair layout - riser count, exact riser height, tread depth, total run, stringer length • Area and volume - rooms, walls with openings, slabs, footings, columns, circles and arcs • Materials - concrete in yards, metres and bags, studs at your spacing, drywall sheets, tile with waste, paint from a coverage rate you enter, decking, roofing squares A TAPE, NOT A SINGLE NUMBER Every entry stays on screen with its operator and the running result beside it. Label a line "back wall", fix a typo three lines up, and everything below it recomputes in front of you. This is the part a handheld with one display line has never done. EXACT, AND HONEST ABOUT IT Feet, inches and fractions down to 1/64 are held exactly, never as a rounded decimal, and every result carries a line restating the measurements it came from. A stair of 111" over 15 risers is 7.400" per riser, and InchWise says so - then tells you that 7-3/8" risers would leave you 3/8" short at the top. A wrong length gets cut into a real board, so nothing here is rounded quietly. YOUR LIMITS, NOT OURS The stair solver asks you for your own maximum riser and minimum tread. InchWise ships none of its own, and no tables of any kind, because rules differ from place to place and change over time, and a stale number inside an offline app is worse than no number at all. NO MONEY, ANYWHERE There is no currency field in InchWise and no totals in money. It measures and it counts; what those quantities are worth is your business, not the app's. EXPORT IS FREE. ALWAYS. Save your work as a named job, then export it as a printable PDF or a CSV, any time, behind no purchase. With no cloud in this version, that is also how you keep a copy. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Jobs, tapes and material lists are stored only on this iPhone. No account, no sign-in, no cloud and no server - so it works in a basement, on a roof, and in a van with no bars. FREE, WITH ADS - AND A WAY OUT InchWise is free and supported by Google AdMob. A banner sits on the jobs and settings screens, and a single full-screen ad can appear after an export file has already been saved. No ad ever appears on the calculator, on the tape, on the roof or stair solver, or while a result is on screen. One optional purchase removes all advertising forever and unlocks nothing, because nothing is locked. GOOD TO KNOW • iPhone, iOS 17 or later • Imperial and metric, mixed freely in the same expression • Fraction display from 1/2 to 1/64, your choice • Light and dark, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver supported • A sample job on first run, so you can see it working before typing anything • This version has no cloud sync, no iPad or Watch app, no camera and no money features
