Keep your injection schedule and records in one place, including GLP-1 medicines such as Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy or Ozempic (semaglutide), plus weight and meals. Keep records locally without signing in. Free includes: repeat intervals or up to 60 dates in a year; confirmed injections, sites and symptoms; supplies; weight and body charts (weight: last month); meals and favorites; adding past injections at once; CSV/TSV import; CSV/PDF visit reports; widgets; app lock; encrypted file backup and restore. Review imported rows and drafts before saving. Optional calendar sync sends only titles and times, never medicine, dose, site or notes. Optional Apple Health import is read-only and never writes to Apple Health. File backups use AES-256-GCM and a recovery code. Food labels are read on the device, and Apple Intelligence drafts are created on the device where supported. Manual entry is always available. Optional monthly or annual Plus removes ads and adds weekly reports and milestones, side-effect patterns and weight goal and trend estimates (last 3 months). Plus also includes end-to-end encrypted sync across devices. Optional monthly or annual Pro includes everything in Plus, a visit report PDF with charts, comparisons and a rolling 12-month view, supply forecasts and refill reminders, themes and Today presets, meal templates, full weight history and the AI record assistant: up to 150 requests a month for a weekly summary, general meal ideas and help using the app. It needs sign-in and separate consent, asks before each send and never gives medical advice; answers may be wrong. What you confirm is sent to Gemini on Google Cloud Vertex AI (Global): the processing country can change with each request, and this content is outside end-to-end encryption. For first-time subscribers, Plus has 1 month free and Pro has 7 days free (up to 20 AI requests) only when the store confirms eligibility and the offer. The chosen plan renews automatically at the shown store price; cancel any time in the store. Any required paid-conversion consent is obtained first. Sign in with Apple or Google is optional. Sync requires separate health-data consent and device encryption; the server cannot read health records or the recovery code. On a new device, enter the code and review the merge. You can withdraw sync consent at any time. Account deletion does not cancel store billing. Free shows non-personalized ads, never while recording; DoseWeek doesn't use your device's advertising identifier. Optional rewarded ads give up to 2 days without ads. Analytics and overseas transfer require separate optional consent, independent of sign-in, sync and ads. Refuse or withdraw in Settings and keep core features. Google analytics may receive usage, identifiers, device data, IP address and approximate city, never health records or recovery keys. Estimated amount remaining in the body (mg) is for reference only, not medical advice. Goal dates and side-effect patterns use recorded data and appear only with enough records; no dose or timing advice, cause conclusions or safety predictions. DoseWeek is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medication, dose, timing or missed-dose decisions. Become Secure

When one late reply takes over your day. Stay in love. Stay yourself. Become Secure connects a 20-question attachment style quiz with small daily relationship practices. Understand your reactions and find one next step, designed for about two minutes a day. KNOW YOUR PATTERN Want closeness, then find yourself pulling away? Notice anxious and avoidant reactions through a self-check. Pause and resume your questions, then receive a first exercise based on your answers. ONE PRACTICE FOR TODAY Separate facts from guesses when a text goes unanswered. Say you need space instead of disappearing. Put a feeling into words. Practice communication, boundaries and self-care in everyday moments. Add a private note if you want to. MAKE ROOM BEFORE YOU REACT Try a 60-second pause when your mind feels busy. Hold the button to continue and release to pause. Moment reflection and a three-minute mindfulness practice are also available. 31 PRACTICES, AT YOUR PACE A missed day does not erase completed steps. Preview your next exercise and return when you are ready. YOUR NOTES STAY YOURS Start without an account. Answers and notes stay on your device, without cloud sync. Public cards include the practice, counts and drawing, never quiz answers, scores or private notes. The app interface supports English and Korean. A non-medical tool for self-understanding and relationship skills. The self-check is not a clinical assessment. The app does not diagnose or treat conditions, or promise a change in attachment style within a set time. YOUR PRACTICE, DRAWN IN A LINE Each completed day carries a red line a little farther. See an immediate visual reward after your exercise and revisit your progress in a 31-step record. The drawing represents completed practices, not a clinical measure of attachment or emotional health. Share a practice card as an image. In supported environments, open an Instagram Story, Threads or X composer. Image and text transfer and app opening depend on your device and installed apps. You decide whether to publish.
