Sundae

Time you can't see is time you can't feel. Sundae turns it into something you can watch β an ice cream that melts, a candle that burns down, a train that rides home. Start a session, set your phone down, and just glance. MADE FOR TIME BLINDNESS β’ Every second is visible: the scene is consumed smoothly in real time, on screen and on your Lock Screen β’ Live Activity + Dynamic Island: the melting sundae stays with you even when the phone is face up on your desk β’ Start in three seconds: two taps, no setup, no account NO GUILT. EVER. β’ Step away anytime β your session just naps. Nothing withers, nothing breaks, nothing is lost β’ Streaks only celebrate. Miss a day and the app simply says nothing β’ Rest counts: Lounge Mode is an official do-nothing timer. A sun sets over the sea while you lie flat. Finishing a rest keeps your streak alive A FRIEND, NOT A COACH β’ Pebble the sea otter waits with you, naps with you, and floats in the dessert lake when you finish β’ Write one thing ("Reply to Sam's email") and the whole app becomes about just that β even on your Lock Screen β’ Finished time becomes a collection of little dioramas ONE THING A DAY β’ Tell Sundae what you're working toward, and roughly how you'd get there β’ Each day it puts a single step on your Lock Screen β tap it and you're focusing β’ Skip one and it rotates to the next. Nothing is ever overdue, nothing accumulates β’ Never a list, never a checkbox, never a nag TWELVE SCENES, THREE UNIVERSES β’ Dessert: Sundae, Popsicle, Hot Cocoa, Cotton Candy β’ Flame: Candle, Campfire, Sparkler, Firefly Jar β’ Journey: Night Train, Sailboat, Balloon, Snail SOUND THAT ACTUALLY HELPS β’ Real rain and ocean recordings, crackling fireplace, summer crickets, brown noise β’ Gentle music-box chime when you finish β never an alarm PAY ONCE. YOURS FOREVER. β’ Free: full timer, Pebble, and three scenes β’ Sundae Full ($9.99, one-time): every scene, Lounge Mode, the full collection β’ Never a subscription PRIVATE BY DESIGN β’ Works completely offline. No account, no ads, no tracking, no data collected β the app has no networking capability at all
Curfew

Keep the content. Remove the casino lighting. Curfew is a calm way to check Instagram, YouTube and Facebook - the sites themselves, full colour, exactly as you know them, with a personal daily time budget and the noise turned down: no autoplay, no infinite scroll, no red badges, no motion. You log in with your own account, the same way you always have. Nothing you post, follow or watch changes. A budget, not a blocker Set a daily time limit for each site - the default is 45 minutes. A countdown stays quietly visible while you browse, minutes only, never a ticking clock. When your time is up for the day, the site is replaced with a plain screen telling you when it resets. One five-minute extension is available per day, and it's logged in your stats - a limit you can see yourself using is a limit you'll actually respect. Quiet hours Schedule a lockout window for each site separately - work hours, bedtime, whatever you choose. Inside that window the site is simply unavailable, no extension, no override. Your daily budget and your quiet hours are independent, so you can trust both. A calmer feed, not a different one - Full-colour photos and video - only the interface chrome is desaturated - No autoplay - Infinite scroll requires a tap to load more, instead of continuing forever - No red alert badges or unread counts - Reduced motion throughout Weekly stats See time per site per day, session counts, average session length, and how often you hit your limit, with a seven-day comparison. Stored on your device only. Built to be actually left on Curfew doesn't collect your data, doesn't run a server, and doesn't need your Instagram, YouTube or Facebook password - you sign in to each site the normal way, inside the app, and your session stays with you. There's no account to create for Curfew itself. Pricing Try Curfew free for 7 days, full access. After that, continue for $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and can be managed or cancelled any time in your Apple ID account settings. Curfew is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google or YouTube.
