About

WebHarbor

Your most-used sites shouldn’t be buried across chats, bookmarks, and browser history—and switching accounts shouldn’t mean signing out over and over. WebHarbor turns websites into dedicated, locally stored web workspaces. Add a URL, give it a name, and open it directly from your workspace grid. Add the same site more than once to keep work, personal, test, or family sign-ins separated. With WebHarbor, you can: • Keep bills, campus tools, property services, company portals, and other frequent sites in one place • Create separate sign-in environments for the same website to reduce cookie conflicts and wrong-account mistakes • Keep cookies, LocalStorage, and IndexedDB for compatible websites across app closes and restarts • Open sites in a full-screen web view without an address bar, tab strip, or browser toolbar • Use the iOS system file picker for website file uploads • Clear website data for one workspace while keeping its entry and leaving other workspaces untouched • Automatically use website titles and icons, with a local fallback icon when needed • Keep WebHarbor workspace metadata on your device, with no WebHarbor account, backend, or analytics ONE SITE. MULTIPLE IDENTITIES. Work account. Personal account. Test account. Family account. Add the same website again and each workspace keeps its own web data and sign-in environment. OPEN STRAIGHT INTO CONTENT. No pile of tabs. No unnecessary browser chrome. Open a workspace and go straight to the website you need. CLEAR ONE. KEEP THE OTHERS. Clear the selected workspace’s cookies, sign-in state, LocalStorage, IndexedDB, and cache while keeping the workspace entry itself. Your other workspaces stay untouched. LOCAL BY DESIGN. WebHarbor itself does not send your workspace list or sign-in data to a developer server. There is no WebHarbor account, cloud sync, or analytics service. Websites you visit still receive normal web requests and operate under their own privacy policies. The free version includes up to 3 workspaces. A one-time Permanent Unlock removes the workspace limit and unlocks custom icons, accent colors, and manual sorting. No subscription.

Verdict

The call

Remocon and WebHarbor are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS

CostPrice · In-app purchases · Ads · Monetization

Both are free to download. Remocon sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and WebHarbor sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
