Understand your cycle with iPhone and Apple Watch. Hello Cycle helps you record periods and daily symptoms, follow your own patterns and prepare for your next period. • Estimates informed by your body: optionally connect Apple Health to use sleeping wrist temperature, resting heart rate, HRV and sleep summaries alongside cycle history. Calculations run on your iPhone. A compatible device, health permissions and enough data are required; timing and accuracy vary. • Simple records: start or end a period, correct past dates, and log flow, pain, mood, custom states and notes. See recorded periods, predicted periods and estimated ovulation in the calendar, and explore trends in Insights. • Apple Watch companion: record quickly, view cycle information in watch-face complications, and sync with your iPhone when the devices reconnect. • Privacy and control: local features work without an account. Optional Sign in with Apple syncs a privacy-filtered journal; raw and daily Health measurements are excluded from the account archive. Export a PDF summary, set reminders or delete your app account. Start with a free trial confirmed through Apple's purchase screen. After the trial, continued recording, predictions and insights require a one-time Lifetime VIP purchase. Existing records remain available to view, export and delete. Additional illustration series require Lifetime VIP. No subscription or automatic renewal. See the in-app Apple purchase screen for trial terms and local prices. For personal records and wellness reference only. Predictions are estimates, not guarantees. The app does not provide medical diagnoses, confirm ovulation, or support contraception or fertility decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional with health concerns.

About

Cycle Diary

Cycle Diary is a private period tracker and menstrual calendar that lives on your phone. Log your period, follow your cycle, and see the pattern your body has been keeping all along. There is no account to create, no ads, no subscription and nothing behind a paywall. Every feature is free, in 65 languages. TRACK YOUR PERIOD Tap the days your period starts and ends and the calendar fills in around them. Cycle Diary works out your average cycle length and period length from what you actually enter, then shows the next expected period right on the home screen. Cycles that are not clockwork are perfectly normal, so if yours vary you can switch on irregular mode and see an honest date range instead of a single confident day. KNOW YOUR FERTILE WINDOW Turn on fertility predictions and the calendar marks your fertile window and your estimated ovulation day, with higher and lower chance days shaded so you can read a whole month at a glance. These are estimates based on the dates you enter. They are not medical advice and not a method of birth control. LOG MORE THAN DATES A period is not only a date range. For any day you can record flow intensity from spotting to heavy, your mood, symptoms such as cramps, headache, bloating, back pain, breast tenderness, nausea, dizziness, acne, appetite changes, fatigue and insomnia, whether you were sexually active and whether protection was used, and a note in your own words. SEE YOUR OWN PATTERN The history screen lays out every recorded cycle beside the length of the period inside it, so you can tell at a glance whether things are steady or drifting. Averages update as you log. You choose whether predictions are calculated from your recent months or from lengths you set by hand. GENTLE REMINDERS Optional notifications tell you when your period is due, when a heavier day is expected, when your fertile window opens and when your cycle is running late. You pick how many days ahead and at what time of day, and you can switch the lot off. PREGNANCY MODE Expecting? Record the start and expected end of a pregnancy and Cycle Diary pauses predictions and reminders for that stretch rather than guessing at a cycle you are not having. Your history is kept and picks up again afterwards. BUILT TO STAY PRIVATE Your entries live on your device. There is no account, we run no servers of our own, and there is nothing to sign up for. If you are signed in to iCloud your entries also sync to your own private iCloud storage, encrypted, so a new phone or a reinstall brings them straight back. We never see them. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind. LOCK IT Set a PIN, or unlock with Face ID or Touch ID. You can also hide the app's contents in the app switcher, so a glance over your shoulder shows a blank screen. YOURS TO TAKE WITH YOU Export everything to a CSV file whenever you like, and import a CSV back in. Your data is never held hostage. WHO IT IS FOR Whether you are keeping an eye on your monthly cycle, trying to conceive, watching PMS build in the days before bleeding, following an irregular or unusually long cycle, coming off hormonal birth control, or you simply want a quiet private diary of how each month felt, Cycle Diary stays out of your way. It works offline and opens straight to the calendar. NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS, NO SUBSCRIPTION Nothing is locked. No premium tier, no trial that ends, no upsell, no advertising. The whole app is free and always will be. IN 65 LANGUAGES English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Indonesian, Urdu, German, Japanese, Vietnamese, Turkish, Korean, Thai, Italian, Dutch, Greek, Polish, Malay, Malayalam, Swedish, Hungarian, Czech, Hebrew, Catalan, Croatian, Danish, Finnish, Slovak, Norwegian, Slovenian and more. Cycle Diary is a tracking and information app. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For health decisions, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
